i think a big seller has just been pushed out - 5.5m shares picked up at 6p and price recovered from -7.56% to -1.79%

there has been this overhang for some time. good to see it sorted

interims due out in the second week of september is what i hear... exciting! i think a lot of the idiots on this thread who have been slating and slandering will be put back in their boxes. hopefully they will then turn their attention to some other situation which they can whinge about and let this company get on with going forward

i think we'll see some good growth this year - i know the business has been reorganising/restructuring over the past few months which would explain the silence. im holding - you'd be a fool to try and exit at this level anyway! the price on the screen is definitely not the right price

you lot have too much time on your hands... bickering and your silly theories. this thread should be about the company - and who said anything about it failing? i have a sneaky suspicion we are all going to be pleasantly surprised on this one. hugely undervalued if what i've heard is true. im hanging on! think what you will

Interesting but who in their right mind would inflick violence on a man just because his business is failing, he must have outlined the ups and the downs when selling the story.??

pb - I do not believe the directors who took the stake had any reservation at all. The current price move is, in my humble view, a more worrying sign that something unknown has come out of the closet, or maybe a rumoured buyer has walked away even at this price, suggesting something lurking ready to bite stakeholders.

I think some clarity is certain at results time, and like a few other companies, my stake here is purely through a position in CVS.

As I said things are set fair in the market for traders. It si unlikely that they are locked into a single dodgy trade. What they have failed to do is to demonstrate behaviours that the market likes. If there was something very adverse afoot they would have a duty to acknowledege it. Silence is therefore a good thing in my book.

True, drewster - but if your read the RNS, it seems like the colleagues reluctantly picked them up; imagine the signal it would have sent had he dumped the lot on the market?

edit: so 'unsuspecting' in the sense that colleagues were surprised by the CEO's intention to ditch.

I hardly think the guys that bought them can be described as "unsuspecting" in fairness pb. Which is one of the (few) more positive signs.

Well dodgy - though Graham Butt must be well chuffed that he was able to dump 80% of his options (10m) at 12.5p on unsuspecting colleagues, making him a cool £1.m (?)

No news from CMM since end May.

Yes indeed. This is anything but a positive sign for the results due in about 4-5weeks time!
