Drew;
I know the powers that be are looking for real volume in both CMM and CVS, which in part backs up your point.
Best they engineer some volume, because yesterdays effort didn't.

But Drew'..........anyone with enough contacts and clout to get a piece in the Mail would have been looking to offlad a whole lot more than they were able to do yesterday given the volume AND taking into account that decent % of that volume were buys.
I know what you mean though...

You (or I) have no idea what is on the books of any of the brokers or MMs. Depressing the price so severely risks being caught out as everyone piles in (not likely in todays markts) or suggests you have too many on your books and need to offload some, or worse, that someone has asked you to place a good few at the best price you can muster.

exit - to exit there needs to be some selling. can't really see anything significant. cumvol is 194,601 traded some of which is buys

not really worth leaking a story to the mail for literally a few £

They were buys under the mid, one was mine

Seems perhaps a very well executed plan to exit by those who leaked their story to the mail?

20p would IMO still be a steal. 30p is about right IMO otherwise grossly mis-pricing the company IMO. Take away cash within the company and generated this year from market cap, decent multiple, even around 5 times would get you there.

Lets see how it develops.

The finaicial footprint is somewhat different now though, so mybe some of the first time round suitors are in no position to go shopping?

Article did say at least 15p. Regan purchased a shedload off one of the directors for 12.5p. I think an offer closer to 20p would probably win the day. Would allow Regan to go for bigger targets for his CVS vehicle. If we get a firm offer perhaps we could get a little more interest and a bidding war. With the overall take out price considerably lower than was mooted last time I am sure some of those interested parties might take a second look.

At 15p, that's nearly 4p value per CVS share just in their CMM holding. Very well offered though, so help yourself if you buy into the rumour. 2.05p in their hundreds of thousands...

It's a one line comment, either from someone looking for the exit door, or someone who got a sniff of something they ought not to have. If CVS's stake or a total take out (MAN were in the rumours the first time round) then this makes a mockery of the current CVS price, at 11.5p per CMM, that's 3.04p per CVS share in cash (assuming a cash deal, which I am quite certain is all that AR would entertain)

AR's, CVS's or both? Presumably it does not say.............which says it all!

Hopefully with all the buddies and their deep pockets, CVS may be able to make hay in such a market, I understood last time I spoke with certain friends that there was significant funding available for the right opportunity, let's hope so.

...and one should not forget that even if an attempt to take it private at say 20p was made certain other parties might have something to say about it. Like those who were considering a bid last year at a much much higher price.
Markets such as these provide good feeding grounds for the vulchers with strong wings and sharp claws.
