03/11/2017 07:40 | Nice Thoughts from Yoghurt, makes perfect sense !! | ccr1958
02/11/2017 19:51 | From Yoghurt RE: Looking forward Today 19:00 We have 3 examples of well intervention and comments that 2 further wells had similar results at the AGM. ‘66x20 do the maths’ We know the company have been working off a WTI $45, which we are currently well beyond & with indicative commentary by GS that for every $1 WTI increasingly adds to the net back against our fixed lifting cost. 1-2 further interventions per week. GS in T&T. Internal targets v public targets. Under promise over deliver. The 1-2-1 left me very confident and if anything and - only in my opinion - it felt like M&A is a no brainier for 1, 2 or 3 of the 4 or 5 small operators heavily active in TT that pitched on day one. We have cash on the books and a cornerstone investor if we target anyone for RTO. Sit tight, buy on any dips and use the teams collective intelligence, ideas, industry know how and new financial clout to make you cash work hard for you. Don’t wish time away, it is always worth more than the money, appreciate that is hard at times like this but always important to try to remember. | jcgswims
02/11/2017 19:25 | With no news until Christmas the so might drift to 5 p possibly lower ???maybe not, anyway as all shares drift without news. So maybe a chance for us all to top up who knows...... the share price drifting isn't bad as we all know we are in to a winner but just a chance to average down again. | offerman
02/11/2017 17:46 | I would have had his :0) | luckyvince
02/11/2017 17:09 | Yes vince, there will be many similar Stories ,I have a mate that was offered 10,000 odd and he missed it as well . They all add up !! | ccr1958
02/11/2017 17:01 | If it helps. My OO offer was just over 11,000 in my ISA. I asked for 100,000. So i over subscribe by 8 x. I did not take up my OO for my SIPP shares (5,200) as i do not want to pay tax when i eventually sell them. So thats 5,200 not taken up. My daughter also did not take up her 3000 OO for her sipp. There may be many like us so guessing the outcome i think is just not possible. | luckyvince
02/11/2017 16:59 | From Rugby2015 Today 16:48 -------------------- RE: Twitter LGO-fan - it is possible, but not likely IMO, that we wont hear news until near Xmas. If that unlikely scenario was to happen, I would not be worried because behind the scenes LK has convinced me that the team remain focussed on building a growing and profitable company. More likely is some form of update tomorrow or next week by which time news of the pilot water injection program will be a week overdue. I don't think LK would give a date (he said 6 weeks in video interview dated 14th Sept) if he was not intending to share that news with us. The BOLT deal was expected to be concluded by the end of the year so nearly a couple of months to go - maybe! However, well optimisation was happening at a rate of 1 per week at the time of the AGM but LK was wanting to increase this to 2 per week and since then funds have been made available to enable this to happen. Plenty of news to come, I'm happy for LK to decide on the best time to deliver it. Demonstrating patience with a smile on our faces mKes a change from waiting with a frown of worry not knowing what will come next. The detail is unknown the positive trend IMO will continue - all good here! | nexus7
02/11/2017 16:55 | From KUMS Today 11:35 -------------------- Message from KOOT! £The Company is really building momentum and we will continue to focus on key operational objectives£ £ Leo Koot #CERP CEO | nexus7
02/11/2017 16:18 | "Columbus Energy Resources Columbus has announced that its Open Offer was 3.2x oversubscribed indicating plenty of shareholder support for what the new management is up to. Clearly this raise was primarily to allow Schroders to make their investment but with a raise of £4.1m the company is heading in the right direction. The management have very high hurdles to achieve but are clearly well supported and have a long way to go." | jcgswims
02/11/2017 12:07 | Fifteen webcasts/updates from the 121 conference were posted on BRR media yesterday: Nothing from CERP though as Mr Koot is no doubt keeping his powder dry (sorry for the strange metaphor). | rogsim
02/11/2017 11:41 | basically, you are not going to get as many as you thought...lol | currypasty
02/11/2017 11:41 | 4.2918% :} | crosseyed
02/11/2017 11:36 | crosseyed, By my math its 432, or is it 2314? I am getting a wee bit old and my math is not what it was when I finished college. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
02/11/2017 11:11 | GD, 3.2 is 64.7/20.1, ie the total of Open Offer plus Excess shares subscribed for divided by the total number on offer. Let's say that 18.1 million OO shares are taken up, so 2 million remaining to those subscribing for excess shares. That would indicate that 64.7 million - 18.1 million = 46.6 million excess shares were applied for. On a pro rata basis, 2/46.4 = 4.3% would then be satisfied. c | crosseyed
02/11/2017 11:05 | Subscribing holders are expected to be credited with the new Ordinary shares around 7th November 2017. GLA, GD | greatfull dead
02/11/2017 11:04 | I agree with you Brasso and I doubt we will know about the excess shares until nearer 7th. As for peeps suggesting PI's selling OO shares for a quick profit, imo, they will already have done that if need be as the OO was a guaranteed allotment and could've been sold (from existing holding) any time after the 'qualifying date of 13th October'. Excess allotment will be too small to make any difference to the share price | holly day
02/11/2017 11:04 | Bobsha, I divided 3.2 into 10,000. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
02/11/2017 11:04 | My most likely guess is that about 5% (2% to 10%) of excess share applications will be met on the basis that the number of available excess shares is in the range 1 million to 5 million shares from a total of 20,129,349 million including Open Offer shares. c | crosseyed
02/11/2017 10:42 | I think any PIs will be lucky to get more than 10% of their allocation if the open offer was 3 times oversubscribed. I am with HSDL so they would have applied for their full allocation and if any of their customers did not subscribe they will get redistributed among other HSDL customers. This is how its worked on previous OO that I have taken part in. | brasso3
02/11/2017 10:35 | GD How did you arrive at your figure for your excess shares allocated to you???? bobsha | bobsha |
