Offerman, don't fret re news, nor any confusion that appears to have been interpreted by some.


This paragraph gives you all the hope/optimism you need:

"The Company is really building momentum and we will continue to focus on key operational objectives of progressing development of the high quality, low risk Goudron Field and advancing the exploration prospectivity in the South West Peninsula. We look forward to updating the market on these areas by the end of this calendar year."

REALLY building momentum...... he could easily have said progressing as per planned.

I am convinced Leo will update soonest possible. He knows he has all the shareholders backing him and would want to cream the accolades!... what was it again, understate and overachieve?....'year end' could be the understatement!


As I said before, I did not expect any more than the OO update so, nothing changes for me. GL

Todays RNS related to the OO and excess shares applied for is self-explanatory to me. I will get 3125 excess shares + my allotted shares at no trading costs to me. Meaning I will get some money back to buy more a favourite of mine.

The Company's published timetable could not have been much clearer.

New shares allocated to accounts and available to trade on 7.11.17 at 8am.

Not so sure Carpadium. I'm sure that we would all have liked to see an operational update but it looks to me like we may have to wait. Perhaps Leo doesn't think it is worth giving us an update until we are self financing. That in itself was forecast for the end of the year and with extra cash and a higher poo, my expectation is that we should get there in early December.

Man you fellas are a greedy bunch! 3.2 times over subscribed! Love the way he describes maintaining momentum on the "low risk" Goudron field. Things must be progressing well.

Reading the 'update' paragraph a second time you could interpret it as saying that by the end of the year we will be advised on further development plans for the two key areas, a little different from providing an update on progress to date.

So am hoping this announcement will be preceded by an operational update, much needed imo.

RNS. Slightly confusing.We all get oo shares . Oversubscribed by 3.2 times. Yet we might still get some excess shares ? How come if the oo was fully subscribed ? Non left spare to hand out excess . No more updates until end of calendar year. Damn I was hoping for one soon to keep share price momentum ......!

Would make sense to see what's below Goudron as could be massive as feeding the above with much cleaner oil than should be there .

Difficult to compare as oil prices were far higher then and we had less shares in circulation. I certainly think 40p - 50p is quite possible in 2018. Beyond that will depend on which roads LK takes us down. All I can say is, I have met the Board on three occasions and have total faith in them.

ccr1958, don't look back in anger....as the saying goes! I sold ECHO at 13.5p (with 20% gain), now suspended @ circa 17.5p, pending (presumably) transformational news!
