Back to the 7p range tomorrow?? .... could be the last day to top up below and for many to climb back on board in readiness for next week.

Have the feeling that next week will be 'portfolio transformational'!

Going to be a long long weekend!

This will drift down to 5p as holders dump their 5p placing shares for a quick profit and who can blame them? I see on the other thread, the 'rampers only'thread, that there is a lot of speculation of big numbers coming from water-flood and work-overs,past performance suggests the opposite imo.

Interesting what Leo thinks about the oil price too , so far has been rightbit seems . Could go to 65$pb or spike higher. So just some good info below about what he is involved in other than CERP fingers in pies. https://www.energyvoice.com/other-news/people/120211/leo-koot-amassing-500m-energy-sector-investment-fund/Leo Koot at the Marcliffe HotelWANT TO HELP YOUR BUSINESS GROW? People in Aberdeen have been focusing on operational performance, cutting capex, doing more with less and trying to survive."It's been going on for nearly two years now but at some stage you're finished. You can't cut anymore, so to sustain a business you have to come up with value growth."By now a business will have adapted to the new reality and the focus needs to be on building a sustainable growing business in the present volatile energy environment."Mr Koot said he believed oil would trade between $45 and $65 in the long term, albeit with some short-lived spikes thrown in.He said: "In the short term we will see a lot of volatility, a lot of ups and downs. In the next two years there may be an oil peak because of a lack of investment. The whole world has stopped investing so that will affect supply, which will drop below demand – we will see panic from traders driving up prices."But that's not a solid assumption to use as a foundation. We will only invest in businesses that are robust in our price band."RECOMMENDED FOR YOUXExclusive Interview: Wood Group completes £2.2bn takeover, talks jobs and debuts new name Exclusive Interview: Wood Group completes £2.2bn takeover, talks jobs and debuts new name

Ed,

The excess I hope to get and the share price go up to say 10p, I will top slice for a free ride with my allocation, on the excess buy and together with what I currently hold in CERP.

Currently, I am in profit by 40.6% here. A profit is a profit. It is just knowing when to take it, now is not the time. That strategy has allowed me to diversify my portfolio to my advantage. I have learned my lesson with playing the markets the hard way. Previously up to a year or so ago, I was holding onto stocks for far too long and it cost me big time.

GD

Offer,

Yes a sidetrack is certainly technically possible. However I think LK is likely to go for a new drill and possibly a twin well if there isn't a candidate for injection close by. I would imagine that he's want to inject within about 6 weeks of initial production to keep the pressure in there if not from the get go. Normally they'll create a bit of void space first from production. The lost well would certainly put another booster under the share price for sure.

Regards,
Ed.
