toploadermike, I'm not entirely sure we've ever received confirmation that all parties involved in the BOLT transaction have finally signed off the deal. Such action was expected Q3/Q4, I'm not doubting it hasn't happened, maybe if anything is outstanding it's not critical for the all-important 2019 SWP activities, but confirmation all OK would be welcome.

Suggest you contact Jake Thomas, jake.thomas@camarco.co.uk to pose queries. I've found him to be reliable and on the ball.

SmoggyG - having to look at any of your old posts is about as inviting as hemorrhoidectomy - you've said you are willing to bet I don't find proof - I suggest that if I find the proof you clearly believe does not exist you stop posting on CERP - how's that for you?

Arry where is your proof for your accusation? You seem to have gone very quiet.///////perfect pete13 Dec '18 - 13:08 - 6549 of 6549

I see the resident parasite on the LSE board is trying to push the placing imminent idea./////// It wouldn't surprise me,Cerp/lgo were always raising funds with placings etc.

Vindictive arry, could you post where I said 'production wouldn't improve',as it sounds like one of your 'made up' accusations. I have said several times that LK is buying in production increases with share holders money, via dilution and acquisitions. I bet you don't find proof.

SmoggyG - no one cares how many years you've been posting - it's the content of the posts that you should concern yourself about - brain engagement prior to posting is highly recommended, as a first step!

SmoggyG - look in the mirror if you want selective memory syndrome - are you really asking us to believe that the possibility you may buy in for a deep drill is justification for your daily playground jibes about the share price falling less than 1%, regular assertions LK wouldn't make any difference and that production wouldn't improve - Lind would be repaid by regular share payments etc - what planet are you on 12bn!

arry,I have said several times that if Cerp decide to drill a deep well in the SWP then I might buy in for a gamble but that isn't going to happen this side of 2020 imo. Do you have a selective memory. As you are a self confessed revenge poster, isn't it you who is the nasty bad one,I have posted on Cerp/lgo for many years, long before you bought in?

SmoggyG - I'd say the fundamentals of the business will determine where the share price goes eventually and I'm comfortable holding my investment - daily share price fluctuations don't excite me like they do you. It's a free country and there are people who derive enjoyment from train spotting and I say good luck to them but I'm not motivated to do it myself.

Why set up a series or threads on this share to deramp it if you claim to have no financial interest in it - mad or bad 12bn?

MMs only paying 3.15p for shares and I have a feeling that it won't take much more selling for them to drop the bid again, imo. What say you arry,my vindictive revenge poster? Still confident holding your 7.25p shares?

RE: Oil rebounding slowly
Hundreds of Texas Oil and Gas Workers to Lose Jobs in New Year
by Valerie Jones|Rigzone Staff|Tuesday, December 11, 2018

Although I do feel for those who will be losing their jobs but it does show lower oil price is definitely affecting the US fracking industry and they are taking real hit. Wait for the OPEC cuts to take full effect from Jan 19 onwards, oil will be back in $70-$80 range and might go higher if the US inventory falls further sharply IMHO

SmoggyG - no hiding as there are regular scheduled releases of information - even if they briefed more often it wouldn't help you as although you cut-n-paste you don't seem able to absorb the information they do supply!

I'm envisaging more losses as there is plenty of CapEx on multiple fronts- you seem to only appreciate CapEx when it relates to shares you pump!

SmoggyG - you seem to have no difficulty explaining why you ramped this share but can't explain why you think it's normal to regularly set up new threads to deramp the share subsequently - most people just move on to the next share, like you did when you dumped KODswallop why does LGO/CERP matter so much to you 12bn?

Oil Rises After Report Shows Large Crude-Stockpile Drop

► API is said to report a 10.2 million-barrel decline last week
► Saudi Arabia to cut output by 900,000 barrels a day in January

Oil edged higher after a U.S. industry report signaled a bigger-than-expected draw in crude inventories last week.

Futures rose above $52 a barrel in New York. The industry-funded American Petroleum Institute was said to report U.S. crude supplies fell 10.2 million barrels last week, according to people familiar with the data. Earlier, oil settled higher on renewed optimism that announced production cuts from the OPEC+ coalition will re-balance global markets, while Libya’s biggest field remained shut, taking supply off line...
