hammond has been ramping on here encouraging shareholders to stay put or add to - and stuck to his guns, others have been warning that things haven't been right for a long time. Did he know about the £3million debt and the shakiness of the company?

Interesting to read the article in yesterday's Sunday Times where it was reported that CFE went down owing £3million, mostly to property companies. Hats off to Barclays who got a good chunk of their money out in time. I wonder what the arrears were when CEF went down and how late they were paying their suppliers and what their payment history has been over the past 18 months?
Shareholders may have thought that the company was debt free (bank debt that is), whan in fact it was accumulating debts elsewhere. The last interim results reported in December 2008 sounded pretty rosey. The big question is: Were Shareholders mis-led?

Perhaps not as they have little direction either and have still not managed to make a profit and the share price has tumbled. I am a shareholder in COH and I have watched it raiuse on ramps of false bid rumours.

I believe that I am well cushioned, holding as I do at 12p. But one never knows, even though its not rocket science to make and sell a cuppa.

I'd suggest that 95% of the posts on the various threads have had no substance, but there was as many anti as pro, if not more. Nectarios certainly wasn't one of the bad guys....and afaiaa, didn't have...
1) Own email network that led many astray
2) Hidden agendas
