Thanks for the update

I for one cannot attend ( unless it iwas in Bahrain ) as i live and work in Saudi arabia, but currently i am of the view my £10K is lost.

But another side of me is thinking just the arab world has never had so much money and i am talking serious cash sloshing about. It just need them to get there hands on it and put it to work.

And if it was bad news and they had lost a major credit line it would not take 1 month to inform investors.

But if agreeing a billion plus deal now that takes time as i know what it is like to deal with arabs and they are very difficult customers and also very shrewd business men.

But i am disgusted in the lack of information for such a long period. Even a brief RNS saying discussions are continuing witha major ??????? which will be earning enhancing etc etc

or we are in discussions as we have lost a major credit line due to tighter credit lines due to sub prime etc etc

does it real take 1 month for the latter ?

getting bored now as i want to know if i have lost the lot or going something out and put it to work elsewhere or make a packet and pay off my mortage - lol

here hoping :)

you complain that you are getting no reply to an e-mail. Perhaps it is being diverted to the waste-bin, with incoming span. Is the AGM on Wednesday at 11 am? Can't seem to find any notice of it. Might be able to make it along.

With a phone call, I stumbled on COO Richard Fossett, usually in Bahrain, 10 minutes before a board meeting on Wednesday afternoon. I made it clear that he is letting his supporters down, even arguably deceiving investors depending on what the outcome will be. He has had an earful from several people, but seems terrified of his Nomads. He asked for my phone number but STILL has not made use of it.

If the company stands before a major funding which will enable a substantial surge in sales, he is letting us down by not hinting at an upside. If the company is in difficulties, which I find difficult to imagine with the petrocash that there is sloshing around in the Gulf, then he is deceiving investors.

It is important that shareholders who can get time off should attend the AGM to develop some kind of dialogue with this elusive and evasive management. Just becauzse the company is doing well and the Nil bros hold 85% of the shares is no excuse for being so cavalier.

If the controlling shareholders wish to play their cards so close to their chests, they should buy the rest of us out at a satisfactory premium and get on with their private games undisturbed.

It is, until otherwise confronted by derogatory facts, a very good company. We will have time when the facts are known to judge whether the company's behaviour has been as unacceptable as it currently seems.

I think it is disgusting to keep us in the dark like this for so long.

and to rub salt in the wounds e-mails are not even answered with a boring one liner like - due to the sensitive nature of the negotiations we are not at liberty to pass on ifomation and will inform the market in due course.

PR is the worst i have ever seen TBH

I checked the AIM rules

It does look like AIM will cancel a share's listing if they haven't been traded for 6 months.

That's a lonnngggg time! By that time I might actually have made some money at this lark! (though not from CCH I wouldn't think).

However, as we all keep saying, we just don't know whether it's good or ill until the fat lady sings (but if she takes 6 months to clear her throat it going to be a swan song for sure!)

Suggestions for what the fat lady might sing please.... Mine are:
"Who's Sorry Now?"
"So long, farewell, aufweidesehen, goodbye" (from The Sound of Money)
"Money's Too Tight To Mention"

Sparky - As far as I know, AIM rules on the suspension of trading of shares give six months as the maximum, I think.

That is what i want to clarify - there must be some rules to the length of suspension without further clarification from the company.

not some half hearted one liner

This is some serious stuff then to be suspended going into its 4th week and no news whats so ever.

You sound like your in the know and also lemmings have there thoughts and it is the complete opposite of what you are implying.

so time will tell and i could make a packet or lose 10k - win some lose some

So why are people assuming its a funding issue ?

i understood CCH are trying to drastically increase the credit funding line not have to revoked.

why would people revoke when the business is so strong - the issue in the states was Sub Prime mortages not this type of business

people are trying to compare apples with rocks they are not in the same species one is a fruit the other is a mineral.
