03/12/2020 09:15 | Very good results. If this were better known and followed by the crowd we would be at least 3 x higher in price than now. Plenty more results to come to build the story. | wassapper

03/12/2020 07:54 | 41 holes to report on and they've delivered 3 which shows northward resource extension of clarke. i was looking through the 24aug update pdf version last night - clarke and baggy green are 1.2km apart [boundary to boundary] and that gap is mostly baggy green north. if bgn comes up trumps then the company are on the way to demonstrating the 3 are one larger resource to my simplified way of thinking. very happy with these initial results! ps. pathfinder mineral analysis, reorientation of the resource to lying NW versus northerly and the adjustment of drill targets to calcrete concentration should be well worth it - [work done 2018 to 2020] | wrtmf

01/12/2020 16:10 | i hope this is of use to those asking about funding of future work, Eyre Peninsula Gold Project Joint Venture Terms The principal terms of the Eyre Peninsula Gold Project Joint Venture between Andromeda Metals and Cobra Resources which was executed on 31 October 2017 are as follows: Cobra will sole fund $2.1 million within 3 years of execution to earn a 50% equity position (Stage 1 earn-in); at the end of Stage 1, a joint venture can be formed, or alternatively Cobra can spend a further $1.65 million over a further 2 years (total funding of $3.75 million over 5 years) to earn a 65% equity interest (Stage 2 earn-in); at the end of Stage 2, a joint venture can be formed, or alternatively Cobra cab spend a further $1.25 million over a further 12 months (total funding of $5.0 million over 6 years) to earn a 75% equity interest (Stage 3 earn-in); once a joint venture is formed, the parties will contribute to further expenditure in accordance with their respective equity, or dilute using a standard dilution procedure; should a party's equity fall below 5%, its equity will be compulsorily acquired by the other party at a price to be negotiated in good faith, or failed agreement, at a price determined by an independent valuer; Cobra must meet requisite statutory expenditure requirements to keep the project tenements in good standing; Cobra will act as manager during the farm-in and thereafter while ever it holds at least 50% equity. | wrtmf
30/11/2020 19:11 | warrants exercised rns tomorrow to close that chapter...[?] new total voting rights? | wrtmf
30/11/2020 13:17 | Yes, agree, apart from some delayed lab results it all reads pretty well imo, and of course the 41 holes are in addition to the existing resource of 211,000 oz Au, so fingers crossed for some further great results here. '41 Reverse Circulation (RC) holes were drilled for a total of 6,090 m between September and November 2020, with encouraging alteration observed indicative of gold mineralisation. The sample preparation and assay processes are underway in Adelaide and Perth. The assay laboratories are experiencing a significant backlog because of Coronavirus restrictions and other factors. The Company looks forward to reporting initial results as they become available, however the Lab has advised that all results may not be completed before the new year.' | novicetrade68 |
