Posted at 31/3/2023 16:27 by djj2014 COBR now down to levels we last saw in February 2022. Like now, there had been a steady decline over several months. Let's hope history repeats itself and we get a strong bounce up from this level. |

Posted at 21/1/2021 08:59 by wrtmf ref 100%...we are awaiting an rns that confirms cobr have spent enough in exploratory costs over last 2yrs or so to earn 50:50 jv partnership with andromeda on asx, hence why i suggested 12-16m mcap. well, cobr have put that rns out, late last year, we await the formalisation of the jv, these barns results should spur that on now. from the relevant rns: 'Stage 1 Completion Cobra, the mining exploration company focused on the Wudinna Gold Project in South Australia, is pleased to announce that the Company has (through its wholly owned subsidiary, Lady Alice Mines) issued a notice of completion to Andromeda Metals Limited ("Andromeda") and Peninsula Resources Limited confirming that Cobra has fulfilled its Stage 1 obligations entitling it to the initial 50% of the Wudinna Project (the "Project"). The interest in the Project may be increased to 75% by the Company spending a further A$2.9 million over a 3-year period. Cobra will now work with Andromeda to establish a formal joint venture structure pursuant to which the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Lady Alice Mines, will acquire a 50% participating equity interest in the Project. A further announcement will be made once the joint venture has been formally established.' |

Arrivals from Greater Sydney will be placed in hotel quarantine. All travellers coming to South Australia are also required to complete a Cross-Border Travel Registration.' 'Western Australia travel restrictions (updated) Western Australia now requires all NSW residents to self-isolate for 14 days, not just residents from Sydney. The WA government defines South Australia as a medium-risk environment and will not accept travellers from that state unless they fit certain criteria. Travel within Western Australia is unrestricted, with people currently encouraged to 'Wander out Yonder' to regional communities and help the economy. However, remote Aboriginal communities remain off-limits to travellers within Western Australia. |
