These subscription shares come out of issued share capital. This is not a placing, nor is there any dilution.

Good news. How many placings at above 5p does the market need to see to get the share price back above 5p? You'd think it should be a no-brainer? Who else in this market is managing to get funding AT A PREMIUM? Not many, that's who. None that I can think of.

Further dilution will push the dreamed of 20p multibagger further and further away but at this point I'm happy to have CZA's future strengthened and hope for the more reasonable figure of 10p when I can finally sell out.

CZA received the mining licence earlier on. now time for DMR to approve it for JLP. webcast last week by ceo confirmed should be within a couple of weeks, if not days.

plenty more news coming to JLP with NPV worth 1.6billion
