31/3/2020 19:07 | A1m at the soonest possible opportunity was my recollection of what was said Like I said could be wrong but I think the chances of anything happening this year are remote apart from more licence awards but they are worthless in any case as illustrated by the current share price less than cash in the bank The best hope is the company is put up for sale and we get something back or else the cash will just drip away on extortionate wages!! And they are completely extortionate | barnes4
31/3/2020 17:08 | Mike, they're legally obliged to update the market on a price sensitive event. They advised that the event would take place in Q1, if it does not take place in Q1 then they are required to advise that it will not. There's a difference between wanting a general update and a legal obligation to advise the market. | a1m1investor
31/3/2020 11:51 | Aim1 but they cannot do that as it will hammer the shares and besides as you pointed out last week they have only just updated the market Everything is on track besides Dewar!!! Which seems slightly at odds with everything else but what do I know? | barnes4
31/3/2020 10:48 | Quite possible Barnes. My point is that I want to see CLNR update the market either way. They stated Q1 for a decision, if the decision has been postponed (which i suggested previously that there is a good chance it would be) then they should tell the market that this is the case and not hide this information. Not too much to ask for some transparency from the BOD, especially given the current world situation. | a1m1investor
31/3/2020 10:05 | A1m This is just my opinion but I think the chances of anything happening anytime soon are remote and that is why the share price crashed Good luck!! | barnes4
31/3/2020 09:22 | Well investment decsion due Q1...so that's today then. Let's see if CLNR under the steer of Swindells is going to be more honest and upfront with investors whether the news is good, bad or ugly rather than hiding news and relying on caveats within old presentations as was the modus operandi previosusly. Over to you Graham... | a1m1investor
30/3/2020 18:18 | I'm fairly confident that all the trades today are buys. | bronislav
24/3/2020 12:50 | Thanks, I put some more money in. | kevjef
23/3/2020 11:32 | Kev, only you can decide that, especially in the current climate. If you genuinely have extra cash and there is no risk you'd neeed to access it this year then as I've stated above, I believe the gas industry will be fast tracking it's exploration opportunites to establish and secure domestic reserves which could see the drilling here come sooner rather than later. If I had the cash at this moment (which i don;t) I would be a buyer but ONLY if it genuinely was spare cash that I could afford to have no access to until next year in a worst case scenario. | a1m1investor
23/3/2020 09:41 | I have taken an loss like most, but not too concern as this is long term for me. Is it worth buying more shares when they are so low. Thanks | kevjef
23/3/2020 07:37 | no problem Mike, these are incredible times we're in and financial loss on top of them doesn;t help, I completely understand why you are stressed so no hard feelings? This is hard on everyone. I understand large amount of the market have gone to cash that's understandable but if you think about the energy sector logically, there is going a huge demand and surge for energy (energy reserves) globally as more people are burning energy isolated at home, energy requirements for hospitals and essential services will be required to be met now and in the future. Energy is an, if not THE essential service for the world to survive this. There will be huge amounts of work going on to ensure that energy supplies and reserves are identified and maintanined throughout the immediate term and longer term duration of this pandemic. Energy compies are not going to shut down, they will be multiplying efforts to ensure fossil fuels are in plentiful supply which includes gas, I'm leaving what i've accumulated over the previous few weeks in CLNR in and letting it play out. It's impossible to predcit the market fluctuation in the short term and liquidity will be thin so we'll just have to see how things play out in the long term. Realistically it's entirely possible that the super majors will be working with the Governments to secure all possible sources of energy reserves so we may see this being bought out lock stock by Shell after all. But, my priorty has been health and safety the last week or so and getting some process in place to function safely in this environment. As these things level out interest in the markets will pick back up as professionals need to keep earning. Keep safe. | a1m1investor
20/3/2020 14:35 | Rofl you can talk pal by the way Jon is my name | barnes4
20/3/2020 12:21 | Mr market is now saying Shell is not going to happen and the money they raised will now be squandered away over the next few years Is this right? Another Cluff update is now definitely needed | barnes4
20/3/2020 12:10 | At par value | barnes4
19/3/2020 17:21 | Almost worthless | barnes4
18/3/2020 09:10 | Mike, we're in unprecidented times now, it's a case of putting this in the bottom drawer and waiting for it all to play out as Purple says. I don't think your helping yourself checking it on a daily basis as the markets aren't exactly going to be behaving normally. Movements in share price now are pretty much exclusively reflective of the external environment so theres not much to be done other than wait it out imo. Try to keep some perspective for you own mental health and i'll see you on the other side. Personally I wouldn;t even be looking in here, if you believe in the investmentn then anything that happens in meantime due to external factors will straighten itself out again in time. Can't predict the unpredictable so best just to not let it worry you. | a1m1investor
