What would be a tremendous vote of confidence would be huge director buying of Cluff Natural Resources ordinary 0.5p shares

Put your money where your mouth is so to speak

The problem they have aim1 is the shares could be being manipulated by some entity imo

It really doesn’t matter what the company says

I would start by examining who is trading especially the 100K trades just enough to keep the price in check

Maybe this could be the next thing that the company would like to look into

Should be easy to instigate an investigation while volume is nice and low

..also, Dewar was never happening anytime soon anyway, that was blatantly obvious. The Co are just using the current market siituation as an excuse to kick the can down the road there while the opportunity has arisen.

Lol Mike, you got what you asked for, a pointles RNS from the Co to put your nerves at ease, ZZZzzzzzz. Will you stop whining now and just accept that you bought in at the wrong level instead of crying into your cornflakes every morning. Take the lesson on the chin, accept there is still sig risk here and wait to see how it plays out. Hopefully you will be able to exit here at break even over the course of this year, the smart ones will be keeping their heads down and building strong positions in the buy zone ;)

A cash Shell I am afraid

Nothing of substance is coming out of it just sitting on hands

What will happen at 0.5p par value for shares?

A cash shell

Is it a coincidence that ANLEYS prophecy of news very very soon heralded the beginning of the fall to historic lows.

Exactly Potpot, that's my point, pretty much all bad news is priced in at these levels.

Mike, you're panicking and talking nonsense, how can the CO be nothing more than a cash shell? It is a junior explorer with several licences and 2 JV's with a super major, that's pretty much as good as it gets for a junior explorer. Now the price has reached a decent level to mitigate the risk it's just a waiting game to see if/when either of the 2 drills go ahead. You're not going to see a takeover, it wouldn;t make sense at this point in time unless it's a hostile takeover from a party that already has a sig holding and could therefore get the vote to accept a low ball offer pushed through. No 3rd party is going to come in with some amazing offer and take on all the risk of drilling/not drilling at this stage, you're just in dreamland. Sit tight, accept the investment risks here, and see how it plays out. You really need to stop flapping and demanding the CO do something about it, the Co can;t do anything else but wait for Shell to make a well investment decision.

Cluff isn’t even a proper Company it is basically a cash Shell

Expect a takeover shortly turning into something or other as the shares are less than the cash in hand

Ok....do you not think that the cash in the bank might mitigate the worst case of no drill? I would of thought the current price has priced in any negative news considering the money in the bank?

I'm happy with that Potpot. The risks still remain here but at this share price a sig loss to your investment is mitigated quite substantially. It doesn;t mean I won't continue to discuss the risks along the way, no point ignoring these things but any bad news at this level will have less negative impact on the share price

Well, good luck to all the sensible ones who have held out for a suitable price relative to the risks. Lets see what happens from here but today has definitely given the smart ones a good opportunity. GLA!

Bronislaz, it's not someone putting an extra £100k into an ISA per say, it's someone using £100k of funds in their ISA to purchase £100k worth of shares like any other isa trade. It is a market trade, the same as someone simply buying £100k of shares in their ISA if the ISA already has £100k in it, it may be that they are just buying it off themselves in another account. Potpot is also correct though, could be a transfer to any account or transfer between different parties, it is just a pre arranged trade between a buyer and seller on the open market that the mm facilitiates for £100. Used to be £90 in the UK so they put their prices up :D

That's the differnece between an open trade and a bed and isa, a bed an isa is moving the value into isa, i.e increasing your ISA account by your outstanding allowance but instead of using cash, you're using shares. An open trade is simply buying from within your ISA so no immediate increase in value.
