Why not get some good news out ,update the shareholders properly and then raise cash on the back of that good news.Unfortunately it's weighted towards the favoured few...Agree soul sauce,there is potential here but the manipulation process has to be completed first.

I didn't see much investor demand in the market. Basically the bigger holders and management want more cheap shares.

This company never fails to disappoint with how existing shareholders are treated. If there is that much demand do an open offer.

The money raise will have imo been planned a while ago and the volume around algys super positive mail article a great opportunity to flip the shares.lets hope the announcement of the dilution is accompanied by some positive news of actual progress instead of what may be.

If funding is being sorted then I don’t really see a problem with that, even if it does mean further dilution. Once sorted and announced the fireworks will start and the share price will rerate thereafter. Farmout/Buyout also still a live possibility too. GL all.

In the prelims released on 30th April, it said that the company was funded until Q4/18. Did they get more 30th Round licence awards than they anticipated?

Those licences will cost a bit to get ready to farmout stage. However, it was a lot of licences so you'd hope that there is something of interest within them.

CLNR appears to becoming back in favour. can sell above bid - 750,000 for 2.65. Not been like this for a while even though share price has picked up recently

There should be no excuses for some sort of deal to be close now, the clock is ticking and it will soon be summer recess. Expect them to be working night and day to hammer out a decent deal, otherwise there will be some explaining to be done. Having Spencer and Dorfman on board offers the only real comfort at this juncture. It's time to give long suffering investors something to smile about.
