At the AGM yesterday all the resolutions were passed which was to be expected.

Then we had a look at where the new licenses are and these will be updated on the CLNR website quicker than the broker can update his NAV calculations which will be sometime next week.

AIM brokers offer poor service and perhaps a change might be discussed at some stage.

There is a great deal of work to be done on the new licenses and the company has the funds to do this and apart from this they know they have 3 months to do a "deal" over the 2 original gas licenses.

So what is the future? Drilling finance - partner - and then sell the company so Mr Cluff can go into real retirement and shareholders get back their 5p original stake and more.................so wait as there will be no news for some time and that is my honest opinion.

the market is pricing a dilutory capital raise; any deal would therefore provide a potential substantial bid here

Was hoping to attend the AGM today but unfortunately had to visit a very sunny Manchester with work instead. Any feedback from the AGM from those who did attend would be greatly appreciated. Any word on what they now think the NAV is now following the recent licensing awards? Also any info on BOD action plan if no farm out is forthcoming in the next 2-3 months?

that's only half the options, the other half of the share options are at 100%+ higher, so 4.6p for at least 30 days

share options issued with an exercise price of 2.32 pence vesting if after a year the share price remains 50%+ higher for at least 30 days, i.e. 3.48p which is just below the peak we reached recently
