The rules within the AIM company structure is they are a toothless tiger

I don't think Mr Spencer would have increased his stake from 6.31% to 9.17% at the end of April if a placement is imminent. I might be proven wrong though. Not concerned in the slightest with the price movement at the moment. I have too many grey hair to worry about daily moves. GLA
