Meaning they failed to attract a farm in and they have next to no cash so they are not exactly in the strongest position.

They could have done that before now for a much lower valuation but they did not. If your looking for a buyout rather than a partner or a self fund, you've been wasting your time. You could have been out of this a year ago. Clutching defeat from the jaws of victory!

Nobody has to give it up, PI's hold a lot of equity, plus a massively revised valuation, nobody has to sell out.

On that basis we should have all sold out a year ago without a farm out or waiting for the fantastic results of 10 blocks from the 30th round. Making all this a waste of time and a bunch of day traders.

Cluff strikes me as a conservative chap ; 8p would be acceptable though ......

Cluff was quoted in the sunday mail as a potential treble value at a time when the share price was circa 2.5p; if that is any guide maybe 8p.....
