27/5/2018 09:08 | Soulsauce.it really talks about cluffs life but does cover the North sea and algy is bullish about the prospects for clnr.He is hinting that we are worth at least treble based on the new assets. We need clarity now from the company on what our plans are . Rogsim thanks .beat me to it. | bronislav

27/5/2018 08:39 | write up in the daily mail. | bronislav
25/5/2018 15:12 | CNA would not be a buyer but its 60% subsidiary called Spirit Energy which would pay cash - if that turned out to be the buyer. We need to wait just a little longer.............. | anley
25/5/2018 13:35 | I imagine he means subscription of Centrica shares if they bought us out. We could be given x amount of shares in centrica equivalent to the value of license buy out. And before everyone gets their knickers in a twist regarding future dilution there is major dilution planned or required. Just 2 lots of £750k a year available if the Co needs it. | a1m1investor
25/5/2018 13:25 | The market is waiting for how the "new" CLNR will finance itself and turn its assets it now has into exciting projects based on nearly 4 trillion cf of gas. The board needs to use the 7 June AGM to give shareholders news in just under 2 weeks which in my view is sufficient time to hint at what plans they have. | anley
25/5/2018 11:26 | Farm in will likely progress this on a number of fronts but I wonder what Mr Spencer's plans are.He doesn't need cash as he is clearly a wealthy man. Many envisage farm in news before may is out but it's clear the licence could still be in place whether or not the may deadline is met.The company will need some more money at some stage in the not too distant future in my view .I am hugely positive about this company yet the market is not falling over itself to get in even after the excellent bid round results, there has to be a reason for that and it's possible that dilution is in the wings. | bronislav
25/5/2018 10:22 | UMMMMMMMMMM not sure I understand your last sentance..."With dilution........." So how do you see progress using the shareholder base and the assets CLNR now has? | anley
25/5/2018 09:30 | Don't think it matters when he showed his hand anley ,The OGA now want to see some progress in the North sea in particular the UK relying on Europe for gas is not a good scenario in view of Russia issues and the US wanting Europe's energy security not reliant on Russia ,so much so that if the new russian gas pipeline is supported by Europe Trump has threatened Sanctions. We would likely source African gas until our southern North sea potential supply comes on stream Cluff is smack bang in the middle and Lloyd and Mike suggest it's wise to follow the money. With dilution the best way for mr Spencer to add to his holding in significant amounts I expect more dilution . | bronislav
25/5/2018 08:51 | Mr Spencer came in well after CLNR made the new license applications but yes you are right he is good collateral and has a big part to play in unlocking value so everyone can get out - bid or placing or whatever. | anley
24/5/2018 17:24 | aland1, each one relates to different licenses so I do think we will see all 3 partnerships happen, as i posted on the other board: Centrica gas on block 42 and 43 Partner with BP as operator 22/24 Partner parkmead on 47 and 48 The potential here is staggering now, I was also a buyer yesterday. Averaging up was a no brainer for me. Anley, I presume Mr Spencer is our collateral, I imagine his wealth was instrumental in obtaining all the licenses. Someone else who we've heard little about in the story yet is Mark Lappin, Non-Executive Director. His previous role was Sub-Surface Director for UK and Netherlands at Centrica! | a1m1investor
24/5/2018 16:11 | Centrica/Parkmead/BP My personal choice would be to see farm-in rather than takeover in order to unlock better value for all us smaller investors. However It will be the major shareholders that will decide. GL all. | aland1 |
