12/10/2017 18:40 | Hopefully we've got approximately 7 or 8 times as much Gas as IOG although they will have approximately 4 times fewer shares if I've got my figures right. | clickon
12/10/2017 18:05 | The other thing about a self fund in our discussion yesterday was that you said you were in favour if PI share holders were taken care of under those circumstances. I'm not sure what Algy and the board could do to facilitate that? | clickon
12/10/2017 17:16 | Thank you Anley,, at least that's something to hope for if the farmout isn't forthcoming. They must have thought through eventualities, if not I would be very concerned. | clickon
12/10/2017 16:02 | Thinking about it I think you are right........its Plan B. | anley
12/10/2017 12:35 | Thank you Anley, You mentioned their ability to issue a lot of shares yesterday, maybe that's the cover for a self funded option if no farm occurs. | clickon
12/10/2017 10:53 | Clickon......That's the gamble that there is something else coming other wise the company only has sufficient funds until MID Q 2 2018. I also think that the board on their big pay should take some of it in shares......any ideas anyone else? | anley
12/10/2017 10:01 | Bronislav good yes but not as good as ours as far as I can see. But good to see another company making headway in the SNS, may be we will eventually :-/ | soulsauce
12/10/2017 09:50 | Hi Anley without a farmout I still don't understand how this works unless there is something coming along. | clickon
12/10/2017 07:16 | IOG-good cpr on southern north sea assets. | bronislav
11/10/2017 17:19 | I’ll look to buy more in the next day or so. Didn’t want to add to my holding but my 2.8 ish average is too high not to bring down a bit. Only a little one, there’s still plenty of risk here. | wordog
11/10/2017 16:54 | YES.....you can read it on the CLNR website - go to Investors info and circulars. It will give the board of CLNR the powers to issue vast numbers of shares, which the board will deny they will use etc etc.......but read carefully and you will see what I mean. Now in this legal mumbo jumbo it means that share options can be granted so again watch this space. No shares are being bought by the board so Mr Cluff will be diluted by 16% on his 14m shareholding...... Yet again in this frustrating game we have to sit on our hands....... | anley
11/10/2017 16:01 | Thank you clickon. | bronislav
11/10/2017 15:50 | Anyone got the circular yet? | bronislav
11/10/2017 10:56 | ADVFN live price feed seems to have gone wrong again. If we were trying to buy or sell this would be serious. Paying for this service, 3rd time fail in as many weeks. | clickon
11/10/2017 09:41 | Nearly all blue yesterday, all red today....strange | clickon
10/10/2017 16:54 | I do too thank you Anley | clickon
10/10/2017 16:52 | You can't be sure can you mm's may have been picking up many of those recent red days, just below the sell price. Unfortunately I haven't got that data in front of me. | clickon
10/10/2017 16:47 | So how come they were marked as a BUY? On the point of self drill this was between the shareholder and myself but we did not think that Cluff would be interested but no reasons were mentioned. I await the Circular tomorrow............ | anley
10/10/2017 16:36 | They're sold short and covered by the placing shares about to be issued on Thursday | doshdabbler
10/10/2017 16:35 | Anley what was the Algy's reaction to the self drill idea? | clickon
10/10/2017 16:28 | I expect he does doshdabbler, however the shares have to come from somewhere and you do not know where they've come from yet. | clickon
10/10/2017 16:21 | I know that Graham Swindells reads this so perhaps they might take the idea of the self funded drill onboard! | clickon
10/10/2017 15:39 | Anley, surely you understand the concept of forward selling. | doshdabbler
10/10/2017 15:31 | I am a little rusty with all the current rules on how MM works except to know that on AIM there is from time to time "bad" reporting and posting. My point is where did the shares come from - Henderson or Guinness - they have a combined 20% holding. Cluff with 4% and the rest with diluted shareholders........ YES I am in favour of "a part or self funded" drilling plan if this means that the dilution is thought through carefully and ordinary shareholders are looked after. This idea has been put forward by a shareholder who came to the 2017 AGM. Cluff has to get himself out of a hole as its the ordinary shareholder who now/will be controlling this company by the end of this month unless Allenby places the stock in very firm hands. Even if the brokers were to do this CLNR together with an announcement of some sort of deal will still be open to offers. I once said that this is Cluff's Last Chance Saloon............. | anley |
