01/12/2016 08:11 | I attended the BOD seminar on company litigation yesterday, one of the points made was that Country Taxation can be claimed on any award, by Indonesia, also I was told that a person from Clifford Chance (?)was there but I couldn't find him, anyone on here go? | p@
01/12/2016 07:55 | “I’m here to convince you that we will continue to carry out reforms and create an investment climate that is more business-friendly,&r HaHaHa !!! | debbiegee
01/12/2016 07:29 | Ihnc, ok, your opinion is the only one that counts, thats sorted then. Dont take the moral high ground telling me i bad mouth, read you own diatribe. Have you sat up all night dreaming this sad nonsense up? Blue posters with nothing better to do, than red tick, SAD. | stephen1946

30/11/2016 23:53 | by the way what happened to 'great steps'? usually he's ramping these arbitration stocks...its a good sign he is not here | temmujin
30/11/2016 23:41 | also ftse is worth trading ,seems stuck in a price range of 6730 t0 6850..up and down like a yoyo so good for making regular profits | temmujin
30/11/2016 23:38 | tivoli..i tend to buy micro price shares now with very low risk..shares like SULA,GGP,SOLO,ALBA ..go about £3000 a point long and just wait for them to rocket one day...every dog has its day..one exception is VOG at 33p but 0.75p in old money..i think VOG will make punters very rich soon | temmujin
30/11/2016 22:50 | If Churchill loose then every £10 you put on will be around a £200 debt. This is the way I am looking at it. Now that I am up to £120 pp. Lets hope if they loose that they be suspended like Oxus was. This way spread betters will hopefully get 6 months again. That way you get to save your account and to pay them back without the debt being sold onto a debt collection agency. I have been locked out of spread betting for around 5 years and I can never go without it again. Therefore I am keeping future stakes at £500 per investment. For example if a share is 7p then I go £73 pp. | tivoliworldgaming
30/11/2016 22:04 | just got in ...driving all day today ,nottingham ,hull and bradford for £120 profit...is it worth the hassle? probably...i can bet another £10 a point long on churchill | temmujin
30/11/2016 22:00 | MMs will up the price next two days so alot of people will sell out..thus missing the big prize...too many have bad memories about oxus and havent the stomach for a 50/50 bet...will you guys bottle it? | temmujin
30/11/2016 21:41 | Notice served in time for the AGM? | stephen1946
30/11/2016 21:40 | Getting my oxs losses back is a start. ICSID appear to be a very professional outfit, previous posters are asking me how i got something wrong, this is a free posting forum, i am not on ten of thousands of pounds a month to do my posts, yet those same critics have nothing to say about the way, ICSID cant even get a 2 week window right to publisdh a couple of sheets of A4. My losses on oxs are a concern to me, obviously not to anybody else, but for posters to say oxs has nothing to do with chl is perfect nonsense. A tribunal is a tribunal, they are all liable to crooked behaviour and the oxus decision makes that point adequately. Chl look good for a win, but........ | stephen1946
30/11/2016 21:29 | Insider trading applies to those domicile in UK only. All anybody needs to do is imagine what Putin would do in ROI position? Anybody with a modicom of common sense must concur it is in ROI interests. | stephen1946
30/11/2016 21:01 | Win the forgery verdict, then either OOC or quantum decision by the tribunal.75% confident of CHL victory and from todays price action, so does the mkt.All IMHO | wulber
30/11/2016 19:58 | DDD2 - No post no... | elrico
30/11/2016 19:25 | Total tosh. Weird alias since June this year as well. | fidra
30/11/2016 19:25 | Surely insider dealing is insider dealing from wherever you are in the world? Not sure I agree as roi wouldn't let chl move and would just sit there aggressively buying them? The volumes are that big ?Even though i don't think so I still respect your view and admit you could be right!! Hope so!! | patviera
30/11/2016 19:20 | Weird, it is as though ROI dont want their next move publicised. Roi look like facing a nett bill of $1.6bn with interest. With quite conservative buying of CHL shares, roi could easily cut that bill significantly. No problem with the british financial watchdogs because roi are outside their area of control. Ie; 8m chl at 45p= £3.6m potential payout £6.00per share .x 8m= a saving of £48m. | stephen1946
30/11/2016 18:58 | Weird how these new aliases turn up!! | patviera
30/11/2016 18:48 | So whats answer you group that have suddenly appeared? Shall i ask you permission before i post anything? Or would you prefer total control and nobody posts anything? Or maybe advfn have put you up to this, really strange where you lot have come from. | stephen1946
