Why would anyone short this. If the decision is a bad one and the company suspends indefinitely they would still lose out as they couldnt close? Essentially a no win situation. On the other hand positive decision may equate to mulitple times the current share price as has been discussed

The regulations you refer to were put into place after the CHL case went to arbitration so it is completely irrelevant to our case so I don't why you keep banging on about it. Have a great day - no more from me today since am about to out and do stuff that is more interesting.

Even when they marked it down, you couldn't buy much in morning.Small volume buys.I'm still intrigued why they used decision or award in the RNs.Last i checked award would be considered in merit/ quantum phase. DQ did mention in last results RNs that roi started talking about jurisdiction and quantum points at this phase.We shall see what's cooking...

Does this RNs mean that Churchill haven't even been contacted by ICSID on relation to the 3 day warning? If so, unlikely to get a decision this week. Sad times
