Omg the fascination with the two week notice!!!It's like a pregnancy that is due on day X, but could still come on X+1 or X+2 (never binding)--- so calm down and just let things take their course.Also CHL are not obliged to RNS when notice of results is given-but only when result is available Just my ramblings at this roulette table (Heavily invested and feel optimistic but who knows)GLA

Whilst I agree with what you are saying in effect no one expected the 'award' you would still not use both words if you are relating to a singular event.

No one writes like that.

It implies two outcomes are likely to be the result of the process.

If the decision goes against ROI then they have just 3 days to reach an OOC before it has to be announced by ICSID as they have confirmed that is what the process will be. Can't see them coming to agreement in that time span Debbie so any RNS would probably suspend the stock, confirm they are in discussions etc. If that did happen, anyone trading the stock would have to find the cash if it closed out before the stock was lifted from suspension.

They must of known about the holiday when they said 2 weeks.

I would expect when the decision is made for there to be some chaos as this the point when ROI could consider ooc if they dont want results to be known.
It would certainly be strange for them to have on the last knockings weighed up their chances and tried to talk now.

Why do people try speculating what movements in the share price mean? I would have thought it is just obvious that the share price will fluctuate before news with some reducing risk, who took the two weeks as gospel, and others deciding to take/add to their position.
