Sella will covert as there is no other way to go -

Then and as it is now it will be an overvalued sub tech company -

the term "poor" unfortunately is a complete understatement -

The outlook is excellent with cloudBuy now positioned as a market leader in a number of rapidly growing markets, with potential annual revenues on current contracts at a 10% take-up of USD$25m per year, $ 75m at 30% take-up and at 60% take-up $ 150m per year with over 70% margin. There has been a successful transition from a focus on the UK public sector to a global mix of public and private sector customers along with a strong presence in fast growing Asia Pacific markets.

You may say it a thousand times if you like.
Cloudbuy will be worth more than £50m in 2016, 250m in 2017 and £1B in 2020.
If you don't like it, you may go and kiss a transformer.

Oh dear,no news,?????
David Gibbon would have got the interim figures out this week but the minus button broke on his calculator so he sent off one of the members of staff down to Staples to get a new one.

Well it looks like there is no confidence in the bod with the interims due soon, what a surprise.
Let me take a wild stab at it with how they are concentrating their efforts on PHB choices but won’t release numbers as they haven’t added a single CCG since the last results.
The Company formations has dropped, let’s say 15% as that is the only direction it has ever gone.
Uob or York region has kicked them into touch and Cii has gone nowhere so more failures to add to an ever increasing list.
However,Ronald is sleeping better as he can relax after a hard month of blogging of how other companies are fuc#ing up on his LinkedIn page as they have just installed a brand new hot tub.imo dyor

tomboy I allowed myself to be conned by Ron to the tune of £20k, I guess there are others here who have seen a lot more destroyed by the deceit of the Cbuy board. The big mystery is why did Sella pour money in? Did he need a tax loss, or was he too taken in? This seems to be a 'business' just going through the motions so that salaries can be drawn from the share holders. Based on it's dire track record it's hard to see if this business has any future at all, unless it's hiding some gem yet to be revealed. Anyway Amazon apparently now have a handle on large scale procurement in the UK, I know they treat their employee's worse than machines, so I guess they will prosper and sweep all before them.

I managed to find a successful deal involving the Duncans.
They managed to get a completion certificate for their 2 million pound house from the council.
They celebrated with a gala night with family and friends.
As they didn't have any friends only family turned up with the exception of the directors from Equities First holdings. A company that specialised in shorting of which the Duncans sold several million shares to which enabled them to build the house in the first instance.Ah,that's nice......
Only joking eh,dishonest Ron.

Chuffer -

The hints were there a good few years back when Ron was interviewed and so was missus -

They failed on every emarketplace project -

Not one single success and revenue coming from "non core" negligible businesses i.e company formations -

PHB with zero alexa ranking. I don't think anyone can understand how badly all have performed -

What is surprising is how long this has lasted -

Didn't he state he would be bigger than them a few years ago.

I can't help wondering if Amazon will do more deals like South Yorkshire, I guess the NHS is an obvious target too.
