They can’t even give this pos away and I can’t understand for the life of me,lol.
surely with the institutional interest and the Bod members buying shares by the truckload the PIs should be piling in.Perhaps anyone who is attending their lame AGM should address that fact. Not that anyone attends as there is no point.

I notice that this pos websites have been down for the last couple of days. You have to laugh don't you as they hardly sell anything when they are up and running. I wonder if Ron took a crowbar to the meter box as he has raped the company of everything else.....

In their seventeen year history, has this company ever had one success story????
I've been looking back and have yet to find one joint venture/partnership that has actually worked which I find incredible. How the fuc£ to idiots like these manage to get away with it for so long????

We have again seen a brilliant week from Cloud"dont"buy.I have been trying in vain to get my foot in the door but can't with all the institutional interest and to add to that the bod haven't stopped buying such is their belief in this company..Lol.

Question from an ignoramus: what happens when Sella takes over? What does that mean? Does it mean Cloudbuy has to go bankcrupt first? What happens to the shares owned by me? (hardly anything at the moment)

I sold out of CBUY in December 2016, at 4p if I recall, and haven't posted here since. However, I must still be on their list as David Gibbon has just sent me a copy of the 2017 accounts and the AGM notice.

What's the story then? Still dead in the water and slowly sinking into the hands of Sella?

Best wishes to all the familiar names here!

Simon

Well well, Didn't someone say years ago that the majority of PHB monies went on carers, they seem to have just worked that out, maybe a little late...

Not sure they are going to get to profitability on what they have left (£2.4m), balance of trade payables and trade receivables, wages, finance costs, etc Let alone the chasm between profits and costs will soon see that used up.

India gone by the wayside, a shame but it never seemed to get off the ground, hopefully someone will have taken ecommerce work forward and be happy to have jettisoned CBUY

By the look of things the Duncan’s paid themselves nearly £250,000 last year.
Not bad money for Fuc£ing things up for the last 16/17 years on the trot.lol, only in Aim.
I suppose they need it to pay for their mortgage......hold on, they haven’t got one as the shareholders had to pay for that with their dubious share dealings

Roughly 11 months of Sella's largesse left before lights switched off?
Billions I tells ya!

phbchoices.co.uk isn't a website for the general public to use so I wouldn't expect it to rank highly on alexa

those results look pretty poor. it will be interesting to see how much the directors have been paying themselves this year. anything more than zero is a rip-off.

Lol,it certainly will when all those directors start buying as they have such belief in the company. Oh,hold on,they never buy into this POS but expect everyone else to.Says it all guys, wake up and smell the roses.I thought they last stated they had 25% of the CCGs lined up,yet another lie added to their long list.
