Fenners whilst I agree totally with what you are saying my belief was that the EU funding and guarantees would cover this situation. However if this is not the case at least we will know very soon....

CLON - Now enters phase 3 of a 5 phase process along with 20 others - some of which are countries....

I love the massive warning to shareholders in the next bit - here is the disclaimer...

"Phase 3 of the convocatoria"(why leave the Spanish word in there?) "process will...include a review of the last 5-years' accounts, and a risk-rating."

thats a Massive flag !

Last 5 years of losses...

Net Income -350k -309k -361k -464k -4.77M

So just £6.254 million of losses.

No turnover and negative equity (according to financials here on advfn)

Risk rating based on that lot ?
You have been pointed to the perinent facts...

Now I wonder what China's Profit and Balance sheet looks like...?

Unfortunately it isn't looking good, few rumours and hope they aren't true, few complications in regards to the selection process and a few concerns raised about previous cash positions and financial management by CLON.

From time to time I review how the Clontarf Kennel is doing

One of the overarching ideas behind the "162 Group of companies" an umbrella for multiple companies run from the same address by substantially the same small group of people is that they are kept separate on the stock exchanges or otherwise , whilst at the same time sharing premises , sharing directors and overheads. Time is limited and if any of the directors do not have enough time to devote to any projects - because they are devoting time to others or indeed running around looking for the "next" project to make up for any company's failing project then what better way of trying to hide any possible failings , than splitting up into multiple companies in multiple fields across multiple geographic loations all over the world....?
And hence the like of Horgan - if he was ever to be successful in any or all endeavours - just how could he do this in South America , offshore Australia, Iraq , Ireland , Jordan , West Africa et al ALL at the same time?

With no mere working employees to handle this logistic strain of attempting to operate all over the world at the same time?

So what does this deliver ?
Zero sales for decades and massive losses.

So what are the losses of the UK quoted companies as reported to date ?
Bear in mind the latest reporting is many months out of date.

Balance share figures in £ as translated at present FX

PET - 20.6 million
CLON - 18.7 million
BOD - 10.7 million
ARK - 4.6 million

So a grand total of Losing £-54.6 million up to Jun 23 except for BOD Dec 23
So nearly another years worth of losses to add to that.

In the UK Greenore Gold lost another 159k

Who knows what losses are in any other companies , either private in the UK or Ireland....

No that's not a religious question for the accolytes.
It's the ability to be omnipresent

Just from that announcement , he will be "working" on projects in
Ireland (spending the cash in the petty cash tin - that's going to happen)
Bolivia
Ghana - been working on that one for .... 16 years
Australia ...
Elsewhere
And of course with the other 162 run companies...
So Iraq ...Botswana , South Africa , Namibia....
others were Jordan, Peru , was it Equitorial Guinea?
Scotland - Greenore Gold Plc
GUARANI SUSTAINABLE ENERGY PLC
ENDEAVOUR OIL & GAS LIMITED

Who knows how many more companies there are , incorporated in Ireland or elsewhere?

How does this man have a private life a family and make a success of business all around
the world...?

Define success ?
Losing a fortune is seemingly easy - as long as you have believers pouring
their money in.

I wonder how few shares CLON had when I first started writing about their vehicle just being there to extract
new shareholders money via dilutions... a small % of those in issue today.
