It does not make any difference to the Clon kennel club but it highlights how they are always behind the curve. On 20 September 2016 a total of 80,000,000 shares were placed at a price of 0.50 pence per share. Proceeds were used to provide additional working capital and fund development costs. On 22 September 2016 a total of 47,619,048 shares were placed at a price of 0.525 pence per share. Proceeds were used to provide additional working capital and fund development costs. In 2017 they had a massive 582 million shares in issue then and an intangible asset on the balance sheet for Ghana of £703k and losses of £12m Roll forward to 2024 - now 8.2Billion shares in issue , £625k of intangibles (still including the nothing happening Ghana) and losses of £19.6m Seven years , seven million added to losses , 7.6billion shares added (thats 1309 % more shares! ) and no business to show for it...... World class...lol. |

Leaving CLON with no partnership. All the other musings on other uses or locations have nothing to do with CLON. |
