Since CLON is among other companies run from the same address they can have "shared costs"
economies of scale if you like.
So while PET may not be paying the accrued directors remuneration - CLON certainly is...

No income but

Since Teeling resigned the Directors have helped themselves to a large rise....

DH increased 273% !
JF increased 168% !
PoT increased 168% !

So one director less and costs gone from £166,695 to £413,698

No cost of living crisis for these guys !

Bull case for CLON- 3m mcap looking to pass stage 4 of the Bolivia call to lithium this month (testing the pilot plant), the next stage is contracts ?- EU involment £4b green critical metal fund, German household name offtaker carried clon through the financial stage ?- Chile call to lithium results 9th July, CLON and JV Next-Chemx previously stated in advanced discussions in this area- Tech if it works can be rolled out in the lithium triangle, America, Germany and India- Random tr1 last week first time in 3 years Reason I think it's worth looking at, Next-Chemx cheif scientist is an award winning ex NASA employee with serious credentials "Nikolai Kocherginsky is an academic researcher from University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. The author has contributed to research in topics: Membrane & Aqueous solution. The author has an hindex of 20, co-authored 59 publications receiving 1606 citations. Previous affiliations of Nikolai Kocherginsky include Russian Academy of Sciences & Urbana University."At 3m mcap if this tech works it could easily hit 20m+ mcap no issue, especially if the EU and Germany offtaker finance the rollout

Also from the gamblers thread...

"On March 27, 2023, the Company entered into a contractual partnership agreement (“Partnership Agreement”) with the UK AIM listed company Clontarf Energy plc (“ClontarfR21;). The Partnership Agreement provides for the formation of a 50:50 joint venture intended to be the vehicle the parties to the Partnership Agreement use to negotiate with “Pública Nacional Estratégica Yacimientos de Litio Bolivianos” (the ‘National Strategic Public Company of Bolivian Lithium Deposits’ or “YLB”) for the rights to exploit lithium mining and extraction in Bolivia using iTDE Technology. If successful, the partners plan to create a corporate joint venture organized in Bolivia (“JVCo”) that would commence operations for the benefit of the partners."

As that reads. and this is before some idiot says otherwise , the partner agreement
is for the Bolivian Lithium deal , which will not happen as CLON are playing in the 3rd Division and the Premier league countries will win that one.

Leaving CLON with no partnership. All the other musings on other uses or locations have nothing to do with CLON.

Peter O'Toole the actor has been dead since 2013. Clon was stillborn long before then along with several sets of quintuplets which gàsped for a few seconds.Like Clon they are covered in dust on a shelf in 162 Clontarf Road Dublin. When the Investor's pass on their hopeful heirs do a search. The results are always the same. Lots of zeros.
