I have had a dialog with Evil and his raison d'être for investing here. He was (and as far as I know continues to be) happy to buy up to 0.8p as he felt the assets gave sufficient backing to that price. I accept that base asset valuation. We differ in that he sees some upside potential from 0.8p where I see little if any.I don't know the source of his confidence, but I suspect he sees this less as an investment and more a flutter underwritten by assets that minimise the downside risk.As for me - given I see little upside from 0.8p, I would buy at 0.6p or less.

So at what price would you change your opinion? 0.8p?
(just weary of those who always have the same view whatever the share price. Although rampers usually just sell up without saying)

Flattered as I am rusty that you see this BB as being led by me, I think you are being a touch naïve.I am a bear on this stock, yes. That gives me as much right to post here as yourself.The fact that I say things you don't like to hear could be more a result of your own confirmation bias than a "lack of research". I shudder to think what research you have undertaken that shows this to be a sound investment. Then again it isn't an investment for you is it. You are just acting on a hunch that you might be able to ride an unsustainable spike at some point.You are not alone and I don't judge you for it. If you can make money, great - but if you can only do so by trying to fool others to rush in where angels fear to tread, then I think you need to rethink where your moral compass actually lies.

Hi DC, I am well thank you. The frustration is when people do no research on a share and are swayed by previous events. This BB is pretty much led by Longshanks continually moaning and groaning.been a good one for me. Not sure of the agenda. Nice to log in and see some positivity. How did you know they were my targets! ;-)

Don’t even bother replying to him rusty, save your breath to tell your broker to sell at 2p and probably buy back at 1.2p and then sellout at 3p. Hope you are well mate.

Do a little research. (Value of villas, mortgage free, first charge on land, Bitcoin flying, oh they are mining those, to name just a few)
Maybe not even forgetting the millions owed by Ondaland a well run fully functioning Aqua Park, I could go on!)
Forget the past. Even if it does drop its a fantastic share to make money on, which I assume is why anyone invests. Unfounded scare stories about placings is all the de rampers have currently.
Been a belter for me.

Not to mention that they would need to find a buyer first.Perhaps there are more corn farmers without enough corn fields out there than I imagine, but my guess is that there aren't many: the biofuel boom has long past.In that respect and given how high the creditors value the corn grown in that particular field, it could take many years for any cash to pass hands.How this got to a £5m valuation amazes me. Placing and share consolidation ahoy.

My take on the way the share price is moving over the last couple of months is that it is now 'tied' to the Bitcoin price. With the Bitcoin now over 9,000 and looking like it will reach 10,000, CLP is a 'cheap' way to have an exposure to Bitcoin.

Just my theory,DYOR.
