Putting the court claims to one side as they may rumble on for a while there is some upside in the dismantling of Mediapolis. Assuming no significant fresh claims then, with the 2.8m euro claim from Italian Ministry of the Economy being recognised, that still leaves CLP as 71% of unsecured creditors in addition to the first charge of 2.7m euro already recognised. I know you don't ascribe much value to the "corn field" :-) but the 1.4m euro cash (on account with Unicredit) and proceeds from selling the villas which don't appear to have any debt now secured on them should be worthwhile at 71% and in cash.

I knew I should have sold my last 300k when it hit 1.25p only a few days ago! At least I am still just in profit having bought these at 0.75p.

2.5 million sell at 0.86p.

A debt has to be repaid. Either by cash or shares. CLP want to push the redemption date back a few years - I guess because they hope to have cash in the bank by then? It takes time to get money back - so its obvious that a couple of small placings will happen in the mean time..

Sorry folks I have cleared all my CLP stocks, looks like the co want to raise more cash thus more dilution.
I have been in this for years and the disappointment over the years has finally worn me down.

Those that stay good luck, it most likely will come good but at what cost.

Quite possibly he does/did. My dialog with him was on the pros and cons of this stock; he saw some upside above 0.8p and I didn't. If he chooses to buy above 0.8p then that is his choice.
