I have been going through the accounts of our main subsidiary company, Brainsparks Associates.

I have taken a microscope to the accounts (the ones where there was the anomaly) and have complied a list of all the companies that have been created by our Parent Company. Some are dormant, most have been sold or liquidated (one or two dormant) and some just 'disappeared'

I am in the process of cross-referencing what has been published in Brainsparks Associates accounts to the main accounts of Clear Leisure to find out if the information is correct.

You may recall the Professor was 'looking' at locating some of our assets that are 'missing' well there are more anomalies with what our Company has bought and what they have 'disposed of'

Next Post will list 37 / 38 companies.

That is true, total lack of information will not encourage PI.

The BOD have 15 million of their own Warrants and they can exercise them at I believe 1.25p so they should.

When II and PI look at BOD dealings and see they are buying then they know they have confidence. Time is fast approaching when the 22,222,222 Warrants can be exercised at 1.5p.

If BOD were to receive funds from the 22,222,222 they would get about £333K which would go some way towards buying back more debt at substantial discount.

We will be disclosing Profits for 2016 due to all the stuff the BOD have achieved but for whatever reason the BOD appear to want to hold back the good news.

Well good on you for topping up.

There are not any LTH still able to top-up but it would be helpful if the BOD were to buy some shares themselves this would send a clear signal to the Market

Rbk...thanks for info...been busy with work...I'm afraid I post just as comedy..ul see I was stuck 3/4 years in vmp...3 years in dor...now hopefully in right stock at right time of oil cycle...taken just 150k here to see if it does give a nice rise...gl all

Phillys - AST is starting upward trajectory. AST will reach 3p before CLP reaches 1p
