They do care about a select group of shareholders and I am sure have a hotline brimming with constant vigorous Italian dialogue.Other PIs - they don't give a damn. Never have.I am though rather intrigued by the short term nature of the last shareholder loan: to be repaid by 31 March 2017.It would indicate that something is likely to manifest in the near future that will allow repayment or justify EufIngest converting at 0.85pGiven their track record though, it could of course be just another turn of the gravy handle: holding off bankruptcy for another couple of months.Happy to sit this one out for now and watch with baited breath.

Letter to Shareholders

As the BOD are failing to acknowledge communication via email from shareholders I thought I would let you know what another AIM Company did this week.

VAST issued an RNS on Monday to say and I quote “The purpose of the letter is to introduce a new programme of shareholder communication and to highlight the benefit of recent developments to new and existing shareholders”

When a BOD fail to communicate with Shareholders this could be perceived as indifference. There are Warrants that could be exercised and for this to happen there has to information flow and at present this is not happening.

When other AIM like Vast listen to their shareholders they act, but at present it appears the lines of communication are not open with our Company.

To get the Warrants away the BOD need to issue an Update and for Eufingest to renegotiate their loans before the end of March the BOD have to communicate with the Market (and the shareholders)

DC....if mms got wind of an RNS for tomorrow they would lower the share price to get some to sell straight after opening and mark it up at open...of course if they believe will be a good RNS.....i dummied for more than 1 mill and bid was 0.708.....way above 0.65.....3vs1 also tells the story.All imo...

Bloody strange time of the day to shake it if they've had wind of an RNS tomorrow, if it was good news they would be marking it up. A dump to be reported late I fancy.

If you believe they (BOD) are only in it to make money for themselves then why not just collect his salary? Would you give up 50% of your income if you did not believe what you were giving it up for would be worth less?

RKB - if I'm honest, I haven't seen anything that you've written that gives me any confidence that management will give a hoot. They're in it to make money for themselves and don't give a toss about private investors. All we can hope for is that they achieve their goal.

I'd prefer to be taken off the list and become a 'no mans land' poster.

An update of reporting a profit ,from directors,will do a wonder thing,here....maybe they will grab the chance to lift share price and exercise warrants....1.5p should be a real valuation,imo...

Thanks I will let you all know when / if the Professor responds.

We have less than a month before the Warrant can be exercised and for that to happen we need the share-price to be up at 1.5p.

There is no reason, in my opinion for it to be at its current price as we will be reporting a Profit for 2016 in GBP £ which is a result of all the work the new BOD have been doing in the past year, such as Debt buy-back at 76% discount, Interest on Euro Bonds reduced to 1% from 7% and a few other things. All of the above have to be recorded in the Profit & Loss accounts and we are going to show a Profit (see previous Posts)and once again it has to be pointed out that the 2016 accounts will not be published in Euro but in £. That is because as I have said we are going to report a profit.

Dice1950

Dice emailed me to request that I remove a Post from yesterday under the threat of him Publishing something about me.(to you and me blackmail)

I did not have time to go through all his emails so I did remove the Post that irritated him, as I may have been wrong in saying he was untrustworthy.

Yesterday I sent out a copy of the email that I sent the Professor to some trusted Posters and another four Posters requested a copy of the email. I tried to verify who they were but I suspected at least one of them was Dice1950.

I changed the shareholdings in the covering email to "we have now 36,264,972 or 12.52%" and this was only sent to two new Posters.

One of these Posters was Comedy.

Dice1950 emailed me this morning and copied in the covering email which quoted the above values.

Dice1950 has tried to deny that he is Comedy or that he received information from one of the two Posters.

I hope the above has not bored genuine Posters but I feel that the purpose of this BB is to have an honest discussion about our Company Clear Leisure but it would appear that some Posters (cant say who) are not honest.

Go-ahead Dice1950 try to blackmail me and then see what happens. I have only ever Posted my research and my thoughts, have not been dishonest and fellow Posters can make their own minds up
