14/2/2017 12:21 | Johndee Professor said in his Operational Update on 12 September 2016 "The Board is committed to achieving significant cash return to shareholders; the emphasis is on cash collection, not paper profits / valuation". This ties-in with the BOD not issuing further shares as the less shares in issue the more money / dividends to existing shareholders. RKB | rkbeekeeper
14/2/2017 12:15 | "Random gesticulations" Sheep care to explain?..... | mrphiljones
14/2/2017 12:09 | 2 pence divi. Is that a possibility? Hard to belive. | johndee
14/2/2017 09:05 | Nah, Yesterday's biggish trades were a rollover followed by a moderate sized buy. That's why the price rose a bit. Nothing out of the ordinary. | horneblower
13/2/2017 23:03 | i think news is imminent...strange big sell trades today and price goes up | temmujin
13/2/2017 22:44 | The 2p dividend will sort out all issues regarding holding %'s, realise £20m out of £45m and it works out to me. DC | daicaprice
13/2/2017 16:49 | So you think they increase the chance of the company making progress? Interesting... | sheep_herder
13/2/2017 16:44 | if they were "Random gesticulations", i would ignore them... a bit like your post! | tann93
13/2/2017 16:33 | Surely you know why you invested and why you're still invested. Random gesticulations by a few people neither improve nor reduce the chances of the company actually selling an asset. | sheep_herder
13/2/2017 16:27 | Speak for yourself Sheep...as a holder sitting on a paper loss, any indication of an improved SP, is gratefully received. Thanks Max and RKB! | tann93
13/2/2017 16:04 | Still here Sir however what's that old saying "you can lead a horse to water but".....:-))) | mrphiljones
13/2/2017 16:02 | We're all bored and your endless speculation doesn't bring any certainty to anything. The price will rise once they release news of an asset sale. Nothing else is worth talking about. | sheep_herder
13/2/2017 15:58 | by the way,where is everyone,apart us 3? | maxmarilli
13/2/2017 15:56 | i will try to add this week but i can see that 0.8p will be gone soon....(can still buy at 0.77p small amounts) | maxmarilli
13/2/2017 15:52 | Max I think the following says it all, this was taken from Annual Results for 2015 Quote "Clear Leisure's current strategy can be summarised as follows: dispose of non-strategic assets; reorganise all strategic assets in order to maximise their value for shareholders; restructure of existing short term convertible loan and long term debt, both to decrease interest costs and extend the repayment terms until such time as the value of strategic assets has been realised". Now to pick-up on a few points. Professor has restructured lots of debt and obtained a 76% reduction in the actual debt (RNS 23/09/16) Professor reduced Bonds from 7% to 1% and also remember it used to be 9.5% Most of our short term loans are due to be re-negotiated by 31 March 2017 and why is it all pointing to late March? Its Spring Time and a Swiss Cuckoo Clock in the form of Eufingest is going to go Cukooooo £££ RKB | rkbeekeeper
13/2/2017 15:46 | brando, couldn`t agree more with that....tem,nobody beleive a word you say,so start to put constructive research or change BB.... | maxmarilli
13/2/2017 15:43 | temmujin, why lie to a new poster about the results? talk about desperation | brando69
13/2/2017 15:34 | RKB,very true about your last post.Remember the frenzy when that rns came out saying the company is looking to get X many millions? The market went mental ant touched 1.875p .Now this is only minute, considering the savings and assets in questions.(i`m not considering the court`s claim, just to keep a very conservative estimate)...Tax releif will be used once disposals will come in and they will be at net income..... | maxmarilli
13/2/2017 15:22 | Hi Max that is true and I do not think the Swiss are into takeovers more into money and lots of it and they will extract their due dividend, money talks. Eufingest are letting the Professor get on with sorting out our assets and court claims and currently working on converting our 2016 accounts from Euro to GBP £ I fully expect that Eufingest knew all along that one day things would settle and they would be duly rewarded. RKB | rkbeekeeper
13/2/2017 15:18 | moving up again? | maxmarilli
13/2/2017 15:17 | RKB they can not pass 29.9% otrherwise is an automatic take over....(30%) | maxmarilli
13/2/2017 15:15 | Current shares in issue 289,701,653 if / when warrants are converted at 1.5p the total shares in issue would be 311,923,875. If Eufingest converted £125,843 of their loans they would get about 14,805,061 new shares at conversion price of 0.85.and would have 29.99% But if Eufingest convert all of their loans of £993,131 they would receive about 116,838,941 shares again at 0.85. Adding their existing holding of about 78,740,909 they would then have 195,579,850 and total shares in issue would be about 406,540,594. This would equate to 48.11% and then what? | rkbeekeeper
13/2/2017 15:08 | should be out b4 or on 30th march.... | maxmarilli
13/2/2017 14:44 | When are results due? | tann93 |
