If you believe in the story,surely is better to buy at 0.75p than 0.9p ,like eufingest did.....(0.82p last batches to director).Everyone in the know is happy to buy higher than today......i`m adding(just did another 500k)......nobody is forcing anyone to buy in....as you said,brando,you could buy AST.....but this can shoot massevely with a decent disposal,imo.GLA,max

Shareholding Anomaly

Here is the arithmetic

Professor had 100,000 shares as at 31/12/15 as disclosed in Annual Report.

Professor took 1,428,571 in Lieu of Salary from RNS 26/07/16

Professor took 3,658,536 in Lieu of Salary from RNS 24/01/17

Total Shareholding 5,187,107

Now from AIM Rule 26 taken from CLP Web-Site which should have ALL the Significant Shareholdings, the Professor’s shareholding is disclosed as 1.76%

Clear Leisure plc AIM securities in issue are 289,701,653 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each and no securities are held as treasury shares. The company has issued 22,222,222 Covered Warrants.

But 1.76% of 289,701,653 is 5,098,749 but Professor has 5,187,107 interesting.

Then if you work back and calculate what 1.76% really is it is about 294,721,989.

The difference is 5,020,336

Due to the rounding effect of the % Percentage calculation I calculate that there are an additional 5 million shares in issue that we have not been informed about.

What does this mean?

Could be Eufingest have converted some of their loans or Professor has exercised some of his options at 1.25p or it could be some of the Warrants have been exercised at 1.5p

My instinct says it is Eufingest converting £40,000 of Loans

Share Holding Anomaly

As we await the BOD updating us on the Anomaly with the 100% owned Company Braninspark Associates Ltd I have earlier this evening emailed the PR Guy with another anomaly with the shareholdings disclosed on our Companies Web-site.

They are not correct. I have emailed a few trusted Posters with additional information which they will be able to confirm that they received before it was officially disclosed.

The BOD will either have to issue an RNS or update their AIM Rule 26 with the correct percentage shareholdings as they are not correct in my opinion.

Again this is being put to the BOD to force them to issue an RNS about positive news that they have failed to issue to us the owners of the company.

I have 7.5 million shares have had for some time and have said many times I am here for the long haul and 8p is the first target before I top slice.
