As you may can tell I have a free day (wife not at home today) so I have some spare time.

I have been researching in past half hour the 204 shares and came across 'The Pythagorean Numerology' and I am trying to work out if MM are communicating with each other where numbers equate to letters, the best I can come up with is
2= B 0 = 0 and 4 = D this would be BOD. If it means anything (and it most likely does not) it would read BOD and MM need to talk to BOD in case there is an anomaly.

On Thursday I have a busy day away from home so MM don't need to play their games.

As stated previously I used to work for a large UK retail bank and one of my duties was as an Auditor. So this training is how I know how to look for 'errors or anomalies'

Just last week CHAL issued an RNS that had an error (only a date wrong) but it was a means to an end as I established contact with the CEO Mark Gustafson, the Nomad worked overtime on Friday evening and they issued a replacement RNS.(also got CEO to consider putting out additional information that could assist shareholders)

The CEO then emailed me to say thanks and I had his email and contact details so I emailed him and he called me from Canada and we had a chat for 10 mins.

The purpose of telling you this is that once you have established contact and you ask questions of the BOD we all know they cant say anything that is market sensitive but it is what they do not say that I capitalise on (if you understand what I am trying to say)

Bit odd if they have made a silly mistake , as you say could be an explanation for it . Well done again

The anomaly is not in the main accounts. Also they have not said "as restated" and if they meant to say "as restated" then they would / should still offer a note as to why they are "restated"

I used to work for a Bank and when Banks need to get some cash they often take silly amounts for even secured debt.

Last year the Professor got I think a 76% reduction on some Italian Debt, that was really positive news as it helps our balance sheet.

But there is one thing I have said before (could have been on LSE South East) and that this year our 2016 accounts will be presented in £ Pounds and not Euro.

You have to ask the question why change it? It is messy as you have to restate the previous years numbers in £ and then there is the issue of what exchange rate do you use.

My take on using £ is that as we divest / settle claims it will have a lot more impact when he says we have got £x million and this is worth xpence for our shareholders.

rkbee. lets hope your theory come true. There could be so much value extracted here but not forgetting below once any value is extracted:
Moreover, the Board believes the Company will represent a particularly attractive shell vehicle, with approximately EUR 60 million of capital and trading loses.

rkbeekeeper, I think what you write makes sense. Any time an AIM company needs funds to survive, it usually comes at the expense of shareholders. This seems to be going the opposite direction with all these debt restructuring deals. Very hard to follow and lots of hidden truths, but the fact of the matter is that the debt story has got considerably better.

Eufingest control things. I still believe that Alfredo Villa is the main investor in Eufingest (many PI really dislike Alfredo)

They have almost 30% of the shares and have over 43% of the Bonds. Also a few loans.

There has been very little dilution of shares over the past year and this is not normal as most AIM companies issue Billions of shares just to get some funds to keep the lights on.

Before the Professor does anything he consults the Swiss and then proceeds.

You then have to ask why reduce the interest on the Bonds to 1% and forfeit 6%?

It all points to either an asset sale or some court or le
