I am prevented by LSE South East from quoting from BOD or any other source as they can't verify if what I post.

I have a list of 14 Posters whom I will email this evening what I know so far.

I can't email from my phone as I have to be careful that I do not disclose personal email addresses.

I will post something here later tonight but the 14 will get as much as I know and I will try to post here what I think I can disclose without getting in trouble.

Your efforts in getting clarity are admirable RKB.My only reservation on your part is that you may end up exposing more rot than you can stomach.If there had been anything in the balance sheet to "add value", believe me - this BoD would have already declared it.Dice on the other thread thinks me a "troll" but the truth is that he is a shameless ramper of damaged stock. He will happily turn a £50 profit here even if the only way is to leave you and others with a £500 paper loss. If the company gets to a point where the assets can be sold and the proceeds passed on to shareholders- you may see a return. However, the truth is that shareholders will be well behind the greedy minions that control the BoD and its accounts.Best of luck - but like I say - don't believe unreservedly what you are told.

It could mean that we had a net improvement in our assets of Euro of 9,335,969 and not an improvement of Euro 1,010,480.

Nomad has been in touch to say that BOD had been made aware of the anomaly with the accounts and that BOD would revert to me.

I would prefer if there was only one thread on ADVFN as I get confused who is on where.

I think the BOD will be having a few heads bashed together so that PI have the information that we are due.

Had to talk to Nomad on the phone as email will not send

'Your message can’t be delivered because delivery to this address is restricted'

Will hopefully be able to email Nomad when they send me a contact email address.

As I am a trained Auditor (in a past life) I need to ensure that I have an Audit Trail to prove what I have said. With a phone call I would have to record the conversation and that would not be allowed without the permission of the other party.

The email failed so I am in the process of resending but it was strange for it to fail as it said it was a restricted email address (probably a direct line to MM to discuss all the single share transactions)
