Lithium is presumably getting towards a bottom, bounce point. The chart suggests a little further to go. |
Leslie back over 3% , should have been a 7am RNS. Now missed by the market. |
Your open offer shares listed on Friday should now be in your account and available for trading. In my II account I received 46% of the extra shares I applied for. |
Whats peoples targets in this.? |
RNS “Open Offer The Open Offer closed for acceptances at 11.00 a.m. on 13 December 2023. Although the Open Offer was oversubscribed by 12.5% at approximately GBP586,000, the Company was required to scale back valid applications to its maximum allotment allowance of 2,365,188 Open Offer Shares. As such, the Open Offer raised gross proceeds of approximately GBP520,000. All valid applications for basic entitlements under the Open Offer have been met in full; excess applications have been scaled back to ensure the maximum allotment allowance of Open Offer Shares was not exceeded. Consistent with the terms of the Placing, Open Offer Shares have a warrant attached in the ratio of one Warrant for every two Open Offer Shares allotted. Where an odd number of Open Offer Shares were allotted to an applicant, the warrant entitlement was rounded down. Accordingly, a total of 1,182,577 warrants have been granted in connection with the Open Offer. Fundraising The Company has raised total gross proceeds of approximately GBP8.5 million from the Open Offer and Fundraising, as described in the "Results of Fundraising" announcement published on 22 November 2023 and in the Circular.“ All good to go with shares in your account on Friday I think. |
I would say we’ll be first on the list Jitters. |
Does anyone think given how intrinsically tied CTL are to the people and fabric of Chile that they won’t get their CEOL’s approved? |
More positive news. |
Agreed , looking forward to the plant completion |
Certainly feels like that with the price starting to nudge up now. |
This is an extremely positive move by the board to cement a long term relationship with local communities. Going forward both CTL and the local communities will benefit greatly from this collaboration, and we will all cash in on the lithium revolution. Great work! |
Soft power play |
Great news.12 December 2023CleanTech Lithium PLC ("CleanTech Lithium" or "CTL" or the "Company")Signs Unprecedented Alliance with Indigenous Communities toCo-Develop Sustainable Lithium Projects in the Atacama RegionCopiapó, 12 December 2023 : CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM:CTL, Frankfurt:T2N, OTCQX:CTLHF ) , an exploration and development company advancing sustainable lithium projects in Chile for the clean energy transition, and representatives of the Colla territorial communities from the high Andean region of Atacama, announced a ground-breaking agreement for the first co-created mining model for lithium extraction in Chile. The alliance, which has been formed from early consultation, will initially focus on the development of the Laguna Verde project. |
The Management need to get on with delivering the milestones towards production and move on from the badly managed capital raise which damaged confidence and eroded value from long term share holders.
Hopefully in 2024 CTL will make significant progress in terms of getting production licences from the government, Getting the ASX listing over the line and raising capital after a significant re-rate in share price. Later in the year getting a good off-take agreement. |
I think some are selling so they have cash in their broker accounts to buy in the open offer (with warrants). No guarantee anyone will get their quota though and some may end up buying them back for more than they sold them for. |
You gotta love this share. Tipped twice this week and a twitter post showing the board today discussing the plans for 2024 and here we are testing the lows again.
It’s like that pudding on the sweet trolley that everyone reaches for that’s still sat there at the end of the evening. |
I don’t have a link but CTL got a favourable mention along side the big boys of lithium DLE in shares magazine.
EDIT…. link below. |
Good to see this ticking up. Those selling just below 22p yet keeping warrants do appear to have pretty much finished. As mentioned yesterday, I believe a lot of the placing shares will be in sticky hands as a large percentage went to current holders, so the churn time/volume might not be like your usual placings. |
