Why has someone loosely related to the company (detail of 'partnership' largely unknown) set up a company in the US & called it Cizzle Bio?

This information is publicly available & is, therefore, an announcement.

Will this announcement have a material impact on the share price? Almost certainly, yes, in my view. One way or another.

Why has CIZ made no announcement via RNS to the shareholders regarding this?

Some good work going on from some contributors over on the other boards. Any genuine investors should consider following their example. The only way to hold the company to account is to take the initiative. PIs have very little control, however the one thing they can do is kick up an almighty stink when things aren't being done properly. Good stuff, imo.

That RNS says nothing of any value. They are manoeuvring to enable a cheap buy-out imo. No doubt all of the key players will have lucrative roles in the new organisation, or lucrative funding streams in the case of the institutions. PIs will be lucky to get 2x or 3x on this share unless they start to man up & do their job. Hold the company to account!! Or are you just useful fools? Btw, be aware of the insider influence, particularly on the other discussion platform. It is significant. GLA, you will need it!

Where is the announcement from CIZ detailing the agreement with Bio-Techne? The fact that the company, all of a sudden, is not releasing announcements unless they are 'significant' is all well & good, however they are obliged to update the market on significant news. They cannot unilaterally decide not to. This is significant news, in my opinion.
