Where is the announcement from CIZ detailing the agreement with Bio-Techne? The fact that the company, all of a sudden, is not releasing announcements unless they are 'significant' is all well & good, however they are obliged to update the market on significant news. They cannot unilaterally decide not to. This is significant news, in my opinion.

The Texas Business Organizations Code ("BOC") requires every domestic or foreign filing entity to maintain a registered agent and office in Texas. The BOC also permits the filing of an appointment of agent for service of process by an unincorporated nonprofit association. Additionally, the Texas Finance Code permits a Texas financial institution to appoint an agent for service of process.An entity's registered agent is an agent of the entity on whom may be served any process, notice, or demand required or permitted by law to be served on the entity. Section 5.201(b) of the BOC requires that registered agents designated on or after January 1, 2010 must have consented to serve in that capacity in a written or electronic form developed by the Office of the Secretary of State. See Form 401-A (Word, PDF) and 1 Tex. Admin. Code § 79.29.What is a registered office?An entity's registered office must be a physical address in Texas where the registered agent can be served with process during business hours. The registered office is also where the Office of the Secretary of State will mail correspondence. A registered office is the business office address of the registered agent and may be the same as the entity's place of business. It cannot, however, be a post office box that is part of a commercial mail or message service unless that commercial enterprise is the registered agent.

Here was me thinking this was a discussion board. Didn't think I'd be subject to an interrogation lol.

Some of those who are invested might be interested to know why someone related to the company by virtue of a 'partnership' (detail largely unknown) has set up a company in the US & called it Cizzle Biotech! I would say that would be a reasonable question.

They might also be interested to know why the Cizzle they are invested in has made no announcement to that effect. The fact that the details of the new company have been published is, in effect, an announcement, but not one made to the shareholders.

Will the 'announcement' of the new US company have a material impact on the share price? Almost certainly, yes, in my view. One way or another.

Anyone who wants to pitch in on the discussion of these issues is welcome, but please don't start demanding that I answer your questions or justify my post.

I got a response from IFC Asvisory. I'm not expecting them to make stuff up, but a 6 month gap between any noteworthy news isn't ideal
