I think the larg number of convertibles / debt instruments this trust has sold to juniors may be holding it back. The conversion price will the out of the money or the ability to repay debt be in question. Have a look at the top 20 holdings.

Added to my partners portfolio taking profit on another transaction with the market up.
Hardly moved today with Gold strong rather puzzled though to my advantage.
now becoming undervalued with I think the NAV rising.

I hold a big holding in BRCI and I am tempted to buy these with gold now moving up.
I decided to buy at 4.20pm the sterling gold per ounce is now £649.38 higher than any time 2009/2008

Next NAV statement will be on Friday for val'n close of business today - Wednesday. My guess is for 112p, so we are likely to see a rise to 90p before the weekend....

Any ideas why a high yield fund (CYN) has a yield less than a govt bond? With asset prices so depressed you'd expect it to be twice this. Suggests to me they're holding small cap mineral cos still in development phase or commodity futures/physical metal. just doesn't seem to deserve the name high yield...any thoughts

Interesting Commodities Trust.
I already own Blackrock Commodities income Trust i will add to these on any fall below 71 or lower.(BRCI)
This stock is on a big discount.

Nice discount buidling to NAV bought a load more yeaterday morning after the big moves in their ASX holdings.

Love this stock as to be honest i did'nt expect the rally in base metals but happy to be holding some through this

I'm here too. Been with CYN for quite a while now and it is now a fair percentage of my portfolio. Good to see it above 200p again.

Love these shares that just slowly but surely do their stuff without any fanfare.

Quite happy that this is not on many people's radar although I agree a bit more discussion on the bb would be nice.
