Ahhhh Ivor your just jealous, mine is in the only up market part of council land, having an old friend working in housing likely had something to do with it, that and a dodgy internal organ seems to have worked wonders.

40 or 50k of instant equity... ROFLMAO!!!!!!

Ps. once retired and because it wont show up on a tennancy listing he can apply for a free flat, so yeah i guess he will at some point.

Can live on site for 30 quid a week 9 months of the year, rent out and buy flat and spend other 3 months over in greece with my sister.

Ill put the plan to him and let you know what he thinks, might be some free tarmac in it for ya.

Ivor... even better... thats the third family member to buy one there, me dad and his bruvs are neighbours with my cousin and her hubby owning another.

Theres only about 30 there so before long we should end up owning the entire site and running the owner of his own land.

being discreet and stealth buying.

2 bedroom static holiday home variety, lakeside fishing place in a posh part of surrey so not as jippo like as would prefer.
