also the the way institutions are piling in any overhang could clear as early as next week. It appears oryx want to increase their holding on the back of CIP buying 3.4%
another strong week ahead i think.

As China is a growth market for Circassia, I find it frightening to look at air pollution levels in China.



You can look all around the world with that map.

Frightening for the people that is I should say. Great for sales growth for CIR though, silver lining to the cloud and all that.

With such large demand for stock at these levels any pull back will be heavily bought into including me! short term traders banking profits will provide top up opportunities along the way personally its a strong buy and hold.

Circassia Pharmaceuticals PLC (LON:CIR) shares jumped higher on Friday afternoon after news private equity firm CIP Merchant Capital Ltd (LON:CIP) has bought over a 3% stake in the company. In a statement, the investment firm said it has acquired 12.8mln shares in Circassia, a specialty biopharmaceutical company focused on allergy and respiratory diseases, for £2.8mln. That represents 3.4% of Circassia's issued share capital, Circassia now constitutes the CIP's seventh portfolio company.

The above link shows all current significant shareholders in CIR & has credibility as they have already added Merchant Capital’s 3.4% holding. Invesco will almost certainly decrease from 11.9% to 8.5% post the Merchant Capital share transfer.

A couple of sub 3% holders I was unaware of;
- Touchstone Innovations (now owned by IP Group) have 2.99%
- Aviva have 2.6%
- HSBC in their capacity as a market maker have 1.87%

donald, good chance of forming a cup and handle for the Dec to Jan period as the last of the overhang clears in the period ahead and then a big breakout upwards from the handle which has yet to be formed.

Not quite a cup and handle, more a saucer and handle, but on the basis of the longer and narrower the range the bigger the move when the breakout happens, could go very far

Interesting chart close, we closed on the last high from around a month ago. Do we kick on on Monday - if so we could see 30p pretty quick Or do we backtest Thursday nights close before breaking out to 30p Exciting times ??

If our new senior management can persuade some more insti's to come on board and eliminate the remnants of that Investec overhang, we might see a push up to 62p before too long.
