BeyondAir are more than likely just trying to get the deal improved, the choice is clear for CIR - litigation and all the costs involved, or simply improve the terms to BeyondAir........which is likely the game being played by BeyondAir.

Yes, its quite reassuring that someone of the calibre of Ian Johnson is happy to accept those terms.

I was assuming the share price will be above 60p by late 2020 and so that will fall in well with those options.

Trading update in January hopefully will set the ball rolling.......

I'm still baffled, how do you bank 10 million dollars , then raise 10 million dollars. Then say your the harmed party. Big respect if Beyond can get away with that.

Interesting to see where it ends the day. If this is an attempt to negotiate/strong arm then it’s very aggressive.

I think we can be assured by the fact that AZN are a 19% shareholder and as such I expect we will have access to some pretty mean legal counsel!

House broker Peel Hunt estimated that "even in a worst-case scenario" removing BeyondAir's contribution from its sales forecasts without any cost offset, "Circassia still turns EBITDA positive in 2020, and maintains a positive cash balance across our forecast period"

Product launch was expected Q3 (or Q4) 2020 provide FDA approval was given in Q1 2020. So there is no immediate impact.

how does that affect CIR though as these litigation matters tend to be prolonged drawn out affairs, in terms of their product sales and how dependent are they on this agreement ?
