I have had to make some assumptions as follows;

1. Woodford. The standard is to record when a shareholder is less than 5% and less than 3% - Circassia has had the less than 5% for woodford, but NOT the less than 3% TR-1 thus I have assumed for now woodford at 3%.

2. I have assumed (in the calculation) no shareholding for Morgan Stanley and IP Group even though we have only ever had a less than 3% TR-1. I expect though they hold some shares as we did get 0% updates in the past for Spreadex and St James place.

All other inputs are exact based on recorded RNS data thus we have no greater than 11% of shares available, but this could be as low as 6% if MS and IP still hold.

enteleon, I believe there will be a very strong January rally in the UK markets - all good stocks should see significant gains in January and I fully expect CIR to rally in January.

Pro s2209- could not agree more ! We have entered quadruple witching week (end-date Friday Dec 20th) and there is always showcasing by the iis for end calendar-year. Fascinating to watch how the next ten or so trading days work out.

IP group sold out completely in July before all the good news. They mentioned the sale in their interim report.
