04/6/2019 16:04 | Not that the attached is overly helpful but asked some question of Circassia and the reply is below. Understand its a standard response but thought they should know we're not happy..The Company is also disappointed with the share price decline, which has occurred despite a number of positive developments in the business announced in recent months. In terms of the market, both the sector and a number of UK small / mid-cap companies have experienced significant turbulence, which is also likely impacted by wider global concerns. In terms of managing the business, we announced full year results at the beginning of May, where the Company outlined recent progress and we remain focused on driving the business forward. Thanks again for your note. Kind regards | aspringo
04/6/2019 11:35 | woodford needs liquidity, and it is not a complex trading strategy to short all his holdings...CIR, EVE, KIER etc. some of these are poor businesses, but having started to look at CIR, prima facie it does look reasonable. What the CEO needs to do is to place the whole block say 140 million shares at 15p to solid holders, give woodford liquidity and clear the overhang...that's what a decent ceo would do....if the news flow is accurate there should be takers | savagedstock
04/6/2019 10:08 | You've got to think that either option is in the price and it should rise quickly after our distressed seller is finished I've just reread the last results and there are a number of positives in there on the sales front | basem1
04/6/2019 10:03 | what will woodford do with their circ 28% holding here ?...anyone read the headlines over the past few days re: woodford? They will probably try and sell out here imo...could be be difficult due to lack of liquidity...or find another buyer? think more shenanigans to unfold here...we aint got the full picture atm, dyor etc... | pre
04/6/2019 10:01 | the abbotJust bought a few......I think that the Woodford overhang is the main reason....and has been overdone. | badger60
04/6/2019 09:50 | Taken 8000 today will but again tomorrow Need to average back in as everything I have bought just lately has fallen | basem1
04/6/2019 09:23 | I calculate that after deducting cash from the mkt cap that the enterprise value of this company is around £25m!Extremely low for a company with products fda approved in this field....I have so far resisted the temptation to double my holding until I am sure that the share price has bottomed and Woodford is out! | ltinvestor
04/6/2019 08:52 | I am going to buy my 25,000 shares back in 3 tranches starting today Lost money from 25 down to 22 but there IS value here | basem1
04/6/2019 08:31 | Outside factors may have provided us with an extremely undervalued business.Normally a share price fall is a reflection on how badly a business is trading which does not appear to be the case here.I suspect the companies brokers are looking to place the Woodford holding and may even have started the process with over 30m shares traded yesterday... | ltinvestor
04/6/2019 08:30 | 5th March Holdings notification Woodford held 28%. | badger60

04/6/2019 08:20 | the abbotIt may have something to do with what's going on with Woodford Investment Management funds. Big problems .... they are large holders here......and probably forced sellers. | badger60
04/6/2019 08:19 | As far as I am aware the story hasn’t changed so when the share price finds a level I will average down.. | ltinvestor

03/6/2019 16:13 | Loans provided by AstraZeneca, CIR are beholden to them but I don't see that as an issue in the short or medium term. | rathean
