Out of 10 analysts covering Cineworld Group PLC, 9 rate it a Buy, 1 indicate a Hold while 1 suggest a Sell. The highest target is GBX 720 and the lowest is GBX 580 according to Thomson/First Call. The 12-month mean target is GBX 632.7, which means upside potential of 9.75% over the current price.

According to this Canaccord mailed its clients only last Friday with a 620p target price maintained.



So what has changed in 7 days? One broker doesn't usually cause this much of a market slide unless they have uncovered something new.

I think if you look back June and Sep there were big dips then that proved fantastic buy opportunities.

Not seen anything from Canacord but their notes are out day after day and I rarely put any weight on them.

The Chaorman buy 50K recently looks a better signal imo.

Trading update on Nov 24th - no doubt Canacord will be bullish then. This co plays its cards close to its chest on numbers, hence the often large surprises to the good.

All imo/dyor - I'm long and would say that.

Reckon the Chairman has greater visibility than Canaccord, this was only a couple of months ago....go figure,,,

you miust get mullared with all your stops katie - you were spiked out a week ago on a sharp dip, then you're buying back higher.

I'd live with it imo - these could be up by the close of play, or at new highs on Monday, the spike ups and downs are a feature when there's a clumsy big buyer or seller about imo.

Canaccord? That means a definite buy then LOL. Useless company IMO. Looks at NANO they keep saying buy and it has done nothing but go down. I think that is changing today, but still, shows how wrong they have been short term!
