26/1/2021 00:44 | Cine is one of the most shorted FTSE stocks yet my US standards it's hardly shorted - given the amount of 20-50 shorted stocks other side of pond Maybe we just lack conviction | williamcooper104
25/1/2021 17:54 | Define buyers in this stock, would not go short until a quid | lennonsalive
25/1/2021 16:55 | p You short? Take out 69.38p and the chart looks even better. dyor | srpactive
25/1/2021 16:40 | Well that sent the share price flying :( | privileged
25/1/2021 16:03 | Share price steady at 65p region, shorts not moved since mid January, just a waiting game now. dyor | srpactive
25/1/2021 15:59 | It does state they will make many millions at 100p, that is my target price. dyor | srpactive
25/1/2021 14:40 | If Cineworld's share price hits 190p within three years. How on earth will it do that?, maybe a pound at most, however the debt is crippling and no income from empty cinemas. | lennonsalive
25/1/2021 14:36 | Super news, if the bosses were pushing for a higher take out price, now they do not need to do that, due to these awards they can sell up cheaper than otherwise. I am expecting possibly news due shortly. We shall see. dyor a must, high risk. | srpactive
25/1/2021 07:46 | Irrelevant news. Streaming services clearly the way to go now. The cinema is dead isn’t it? It doesn’t matter if they award themselves £60m each for hitting a £1. The way life is conducted has changed forever. Can’t wait for the MCU to go straight to Disney +. Blockbuster after blockbuster. Demand for that service is going to rocket, no? In fact I maybe contacting my broker for more Disney shares. Be great to see Disney acquire more movie studios. | smartie6
24/1/2021 13:30 | It is an absolutely indecently generous bonus scheme for a company with such a hideous amount of debt. ALL shareholders/bond holders should oppose it on principle. Sadly it’s indicative of a poorly managed company that seems to run for the benefit of the Mooky family/friends and not their shareholders/bond holders. I know this view is widely held in the investment community. It’s even more appalling given the treatment of employees and the amount of UK Government monies taken by this company. | hades1
23/1/2021 17:00 | Nice share price targets, the only one's against are the shorters. dyor | srpactive
22/1/2021 12:08 | No Time to Die and Ghostbusters Afterlife now moved to autumn.Rumours are Disney are moving their major titles to late summer or winter too | lennonsalive
22/1/2021 10:21 | Thanks william. I wonder if the payout is linked to the exercise price somehow and not the share price if there is a change of control that results in the shares being cancelled. | lthtrust
22/1/2021 10:08 | Administration is often legally covered as a Change of Control - what the equity is worth where that to happen is another matter | williamcooper104
22/1/2021 09:45 | In the news article that lennonsalive posted it says "It is also a matter of exceptionally poor practice in the UK market that awards would automatically vest upon a change of control." I take it that it means that the awards would be paid out if there were a takeover. Does anyone know what would happen if Cineworld were to enter administration ? | lthtrust
22/1/2021 07:47 | It's dependent on share price performance as to whether they benefit from the proposals. Need some figures as to what those parameters are. Monday should be interesting. I still think £1 here this year despite Bond setback. | creddy
22/1/2021 07:44 | Morning A sign that they feel it is worth doing so is quite positive for the share price, is it not? dyor | srpactive
22/1/2021 06:53 | Maybe a while off now Bond is delayed again | dkit666
21/1/2021 20:03 | hxxps://news.sky.com HAHAHAHA are they taking the p1ss? | lennonsalive
21/1/2021 19:02 | I have read in the FT that the proposed (EGM 25/1/21) CEO's new incentive scheme will vest on change of control. | lthtrust
21/1/2021 13:00 | A nice bounce off the shorters 66p, just need to close above 69.34p and we could move nicely into the 70p's. Every day more people are vaccinated the closer to opening the entertainment industry. dyor active | srpactive
18/1/2021 16:22 | Yes plenty to be concerned about regarding the balance sheet but I feel the government will support the theatres and cinemas as much as possible especially as Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber has a little influence and he wants theatres to open by Spring. dyor | srpactive
18/1/2021 16:06 | I honestly can't see Cineworld opening this side of the year and I have 6 tickets that I want to use. I went to see Tenet when my local Cineworld opened and it was quite busy. But they will not want a false start again opening too soon. The debt is the biggest worry, however Cineworld seems to have a buyer of shares that's keeping it up | lennonsalive
18/1/2021 15:51 | We all have our own thoughts and hopes, mine is,as every day goes by more of the population receive a vaccination and we get closer to being safer and closer to the day the entertainment industry re-opens. dyor A close above 66.60p would be a good start. | srpactive |
