The following posts are from the BNN b/b. They appear to be by genuine investors, one of whom has lost money buying BNN shares. They should act as a warning to others NOT to gamble their hard earned money by buying shares in AIM listed fantasy companies, especially those operating in China where the percentage that have been delisted in recent years is staggeringly high. Many disappearing without trace, along with their assets (if they ever had any!).

DM is not in HK he spent the break in NY. He has not altered his spending or showing any remorse with his mates in the Bells of Peover. His trips to Sandy Lane Barbados are legendary where he treated friends from his pub and family to untold extravagant spending eg suites, boats etc and holidays with those friends in Spain.

The Co will find it hard to get a new NOMAD, their role is to steer Boards from making Corporate Governance mistakes, and BNN are viewed as to high risk.

The most likely route is the company will be de-listed and then the Board will be tasked with finding a private home or distributing the assets. I hope I am wrong on this one, but it looks most likely.

BTW NOMADs are not paid policemen. They are there to help investors, they are typically paid £50k/75k for this service and make sure (honest) companies don’t fall foul of the Law, the market and the FCA and protect investors. It’s a tough job.

The FCA should, and probably will, investigate the conduct of the organisation and its Directors and it is possible that they would heavily sanction the Directors. Fine, struck off even criminal proceedings, who knows.

The Company will never move to NASDAQ, they simply would not be suitable and with there track record would be rejected. It is not even worth discussing as the costs and governanace required are beyond what is sensible or possible. It also requires there to be investor appetite for stock and that is exteremely unlikely.

The RemCo issues are beyond anything I have seen on the market, ever. The RemCo Chair has not only operated illegally in the non disclosure but could be subject to a challenge from shareholders for breach of his fiduciary duty. The reason the actions are illegal are due to the Companies Act and not just in disclosure but failing to get policy correctly approved at the AGM.

There is no CFO in the wings. The law again states that if there was an offer to a candidate and it had been accepted the company must disclose it immediately. There are no ifs or buts around this, it would have to come out on an RNS. The current CFO will have resigned because of the actions of the then Chair and DM. He is a qualified professional and so he would be censured by his professional body for misstating the accounts and for failing to state the true and fair view in the accounts. He could even be struck off but certainly his reputation and livelihood impaired.

As to a new CEO, which high calibre candidate would want the job? Certainly none that I can think of and nobody would leave a well paid and remunerated role to pick this up as the risks are to great. It could destroy a CV. Good CEOs have at least a six mont notice most have twelve.

So DM has run rings round everybody. His friends that he has told at times to buy stock as great news is coming out have been as stung as most of you. If you haven’t travelled to Cheshire you should, the pub is lovely and the locals in the vaults are really great people who will tell you it as it is although one seems to have a permanent cold? They sadly all tell of having to pay for the wedding that never happened and many have lost what they can ill afford to lose.

I have no vested interest here. I hope the company can be salvaged. I hope the illegal loans are fully repaid and DM actually does the job he is supposed to in HK. The latter is unlikely, whilst he has given up his expensive London flat his Victoria Secrets partner is in no rush to go to HK with their baby especially after the holiday period living it up in NYC and remember he has no money, he cannot afford to live the lifestyle there!!!

Whatever .

Yes cannot dispute any of your facts .
You are right genuine people have lost fortunes on this stock .

It is sickening that this no good is going too continue is his life style as if nothing he has done
is wrong .
I had some hope that things would get put right a few months ago but now I can’t see it .
As others have said his position is totally untenable within the company and the crooked attempt to repay Part of a dirty trick loan should leave him with a investigation by the AIM .

I know Aim investing is a risk but in my opinion we have invested in a fraudulent scam which I am not now convinced has still yet cleaned up its game .
I am sure Mancroft & Mercer will have a lot more legal threats to come but unless one of the big investors gets on board now they will be able to slide away .

"I said before I came onto this site that I would see papillon posting on bnn."

Well you recommended them to me as a dead cert, on this bb, 18 months ago. You mentioned them first, GENISES. I'd never heard of the company until you mentioned them. I've every right to remind you of them. Operating in China and listed on AIM, BNN didn't strike me a dead cert. Another fantasy company.

Luckily I don't take any notice of tips on these bb's, GENISES; if I did I could be facing the prospect of losing all of my money if I had bought BNN on your recommendation. That's one reason I never tip shares, especially AIM listed ones. Don't forget I had never heard of BNN until you mentioned and tipped them. If you don't like me reminding you about BNN then you shouldn't have mentioned them on this bb in the first place!

I imagine you are the exact opposite, sparty. LOL. I imagine Breitbart is your favourite web site. LOL. Though the current, vicious, falling out between two of your heroes, Trump & Bannon, must heartbreaking for you. LOL.

PS. Just in case you are worried about me sparty, I'm a Times reader firstly: Guardian only comes 2nd. I imagine the Mail & Sun are too left wing and intellectual for your taste. LOL.

"What a lovely human being you are". Yes I am, sparty! I'm a Guardian reading liberal who gives generously, within my limited means, to charities. However I don't give to non deserving causes like CICC, CICG or BNN! LOL.

I like GENISES. I think he sounds a nice bloke, unlike you sparty! However he does like to punt his money on some very speculative shares; some of his punts come off, but some unfortunately turn out to be complete dogs. He meant well when he tipped BNN but an AIM stock operating solely in China was a gamble too far for me!

Pants (or is it the sage misnomer) - your chain is wrapped round your neck & it is made of fools gold eh chucks!!lol
Stewpid informs me that Barclays will never sort the CICC stinkhole, so even if it does end up listing in that little pond called Luxemburger, you will be the last to be able to bail out before it sinks!!!

GENISES. O/T. Sorry to say that 2018 doesn't appear to have got off to a good start for you. Following on from today's RNS's it's beginning to look as though BNN is toast. I'm sorry about that mate, but awfully glad I completely ignored your BNN tip around 18 months ago! BNN is yet another fantasy company you are invested in unfortunately.

Daffs, bubbles in the `South sea`, tech stocks, Bitcoins & anything associated with Stewpid are `pie in the sky` investments!! You win if your timing is right but the losers (loosers according to Stewpid & his sheepies), are the ones who ultimately pay the price!!!
Merry Xmas to one & all & lets see if Stewpid can get any of his `Mickey Mouse` stocks listed before the end of 2018 & if there is any value left for his previous `investors` (mugs, or sheepies)!!!

Well the shareholders (Walter Mittys?) are out in force on the lse bb wishing each other a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year for CICC, CICG and the rest.

unvrkw mentions the gold price, but if he really wants the CICC & CICG sp's to take off when (and if) they list SB should ditch exploration for gold and go in for mining BITCOINS! The bubble will no doubt burst, but at the moment any mention of BITCOINS by a listed minnow is enough to make the share price take off, whereas gold exploration leaves investors cold.

EF/Paps,

As far as I can see the Old co shareholders have been left with the run off 'assets' (not sure what they are) while the CICC Old co model (of whatever nature) has been adopted by the New co.

If the model works then the Old co shareholders will have to put new money into the New co if they are to share in the profits. So it looks as if Fatboy has had his cake and eaten it.

sparty1, I have read the same RNS as you. The Fund (New co) is effectively a new venture and it will be treated as such. New co owes Old co nothing, but a small percentage of New co will be owned by Old co. New co can also presumably invest in some of the residue assets of Old co, but New co will have a fiduciary responsibility to look after its investors.

The interesting point will be to see how many Old co investors take up the opportunity to invest (new cash) in what will by definition be the focus of SB's activities. New co seems to have taken Old co's business model - unless I am missing something.

Never, in the field of listing companies, have so many rejected & so few accepted!! (With apologies to Winston)!!
Where are my 250,000 Luxemburgers Stewpid?
