Fatboy is fielding telephone calls. Never sure whether that is a good sign or a bad sign. According to one call on the asylum thread, only a rubber stamp and a Nomad and they are there. History says that is still a steep climb for anything with Stuie's finger print on it. Beaufort will clearly have no material impact on the business model - or there would have been an RNS or similar.

share_shark definitely knew how to pick 'em! She was infatuated with CICC and it's founder, SB. She was also infatuated with Beaufort's and someone she dealt with there called Costa. She endlessly ramped both CICC & Beaufort's. I'm sure many were persuaded to buy CICC shares and transfer their accounts to Beaufort's by her unbounded enthusiasm for both.

Was share_shark's enthusiasm for Beaufort's a consequence of her infatuation with CICC & SB?

Well folks, been looking back on my `CICC` or is that `sick` records & Beaufort was Stewpid`s broker & they also held large holdings in their nominee accounts!!

Capital Structure(as at 19 Jan 2015)

Beaufort Nominees Limited 19,838,295 19.15%

Stuart Bromley (Via Beaufort) 7,295,219 7.04%

Li Jinliang (Via Beaufort) 21,480 0.02%

Looks like Stewpid & Beaufort were made for each other!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stewpid tried to get me to transfer my stockbroker account to Beaufort & made a silly offer for my remaining shares, which i refused (though tried to accept the silly money anyway & of course, he did not come up with anything - story of his life)!!!!

Stewpid also sent me a partial copy of his Beaufort trading account, where he parked some of his `ill gotten gains` (according to some, through `dodgy deals` with Barsofgold, when a Mongolian minister)!!!!

Dodgy meets dodgy or as the Australian Magistrate said ........!!!!LOL

The charges include conspiracy to commit securities fraud and money laundering conspiracy. Canaye was arrested yesterday and is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon before United States Magistrate Judge Vera M. Scanlon at the federal courthouse in Brooklyn.

Richard P. Donoghue, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, William F. Sweeney, Jr., Assistant Director-in-Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation, New York Field Office (FBI), and James D. Robnett, Special Agent-in-Charge, Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, New York (IRS-CI), announced the charges.

Hopefully there has been no 'greying' of Client and business funds. That the FSA has acted can suggest breaches of the law, but presumably they are just as swift to act if there is a whiff of insolvency.

Idle speculation only, but do you think the lack of any accounts for CICC for 4 or 5 years might be behind the problems that Fatboy has listing the Phaethon companies?

Your point that I cannot prove that Fatboy has not filed/circulated the accounts (ergo I am a liar/purveyor of false news) might just be at the heart of the problem.In most normal companies they are filed and circulated!

And you have been proven to be in denial, goulding1215. If you look back on the CICC bb to just over 3 years ago you will see that the CICC, from whom results have recently been issued, was a new company spun out of the original CICC that was listed on AIM until May 2014. The original CICC still exists and is still incorporated in Canada and the new CICC is incorporated in the Seychelles. The new CICC can only provide figures going back to 2015 because it didn't exist then. There have been no figures issued for the original CICC since 2013. FACT. So TD is correct. YOU ARE A BIG, DISGUSTING, LIAR, goulding. You should be a politician. You are as big a liar as Trump, Putin, etc, etc.

Spot on TD. Unfortunately those accounts DON'T relate to the CICC that was suspended and then delisted from AIM in May 2014. They relate to the NEWCO that was spun out of the original AIM listed CICC just over 3 years ago, The original CICC still exists and is still incorporated in Canada. The NEWCO is incorporated in the Seychelles. The NEWCO can only give financial information going back to when it was set up. Financial information prior to 2015 remains hidden because the original CICC (incorporated in Canada) is now a private company.

I wonder why a NEWCO was spun out of the original CICC and then given a similar name so it could be given the same initials? To confuse the gullible? To erase/hide the past? I'm sure we all have our opinions.
