11/12/2017 11:37 | BB, the presence of a well financed Newco is hardly inspiring for the old shareholders. Why is a new company required? I suspect that for most shareholders it is now a case of salvaging what they can, and Newco may offer a route to a few pennies. Bottom line is that Mixi and his fellow investors will have to be realistic about recoveries. TD | the diddymen
11/12/2017 09:54 | Dr TD, I think he's lost more than his interest, Aye! | brian boru
10/12/2017 18:08 | Mixi where are you these days, have you lost your interest? Dr TD | the diddymen
09/12/2017 18:26 | It beggars belief that Fatboy, having run CICC into the ground (hearsay evidence, but no accounts for years) is now looking to raise c£200m (or is it euros?). This smacks of irresponsibility. Dr TD | the diddymen
09/12/2017 17:36 | GEN - Are the typo`s on purpose or are you `Stewpid` himself m8? lol Thought you were better than the rest Gen?!!! | enfranglais
08/12/2017 23:15 | onform today boys.lol From my understanding the aim for the company was to bring mining companies to the stock market and take a percentage of the company which would be dished out as a percentage dividend to shareholders. the company has diversed into other areas of the market.Time will show us wether the company will be going upwards ,downwards or sideways or backwards like the last two years looking at past history lots of material news never happening. I sit on the boarder lines. | genises
08/12/2017 19:17 | Pappy - Could be that they did not have access to `sophisticated investors` like Sparty, Aymes, Mixi & the other `sheepies`?!!!lol | enfranglais
08/12/2017 16:44 | If they manage to pull in anywhere near 20m Euros via the CULS, enfranglais, I'll be amazed. I remember a dodgy wheeler & dealer character (I can't remember his name) trying to raise the money to take over PVR a few years back via a similar issue of loan stock on a European exchange to raise the necessary cash. It flopped! Investors just weren't interested. | papillon
08/12/2017 15:36 | Stewpid has trained his `sheepies` well, as the age difference to his `Cindy doll` is either the same or more? Stewpid is well used to blaming everyone else for his lack of education but blaming the newly departed is a new low!!!! Hope this Luxemburger tastes good, though getting Barclays to realise anything before the rest of the World have bailed out will be impossible eh sparty pants? | enfranglais
08/12/2017 12:34 | Aymesco1 Posts: 4,193 Observation Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 0.00 Rise Today 05:09 I’m lost with it all! >>>>> Yet he's got it down as a "strong buy"! Please someone tell Aymesco1 it's NOT listed! Actually I've always thought Aymesco1 was clueless rather than lost! PS. Lets see how much of this proposed 20m Euros CULS is taken up by investors. | papillon
08/12/2017 11:21 | While it is very sad to hear of any death the point is missed. The spelling is diabolical on all historic RNSs and it will alert anyone worth their weight in the city to dig deeper. More chance in Luxembourg of these things passing without notice though! Dr TD | the diddymen
08/12/2017 10:06 | Pants - This was Stewpid`s response, when i asked the question: Thank you Phil, Mike Smith Chairman of CIC Gold passed away to day and sorry was not available to do a final spell check. Regards S | enfranglais
08/12/2017 09:13 | Well pappy I have a missus who is 20 years younger than me so that keeps me fit.(and without the help of blue tablets!)@ 63 keeps me young. Slowfast I`m mildly amused that our lse board is totally bemused by whats going on and clearly has not been reading previous RNS`s.The spelling and chronological mistakes are schoolboy at best.Surely someone checks this stuff before release? Not least our expensive advisory team? So many investors who have been in for years but no idea what they invested in!Remarkable. | sparty1
07/12/2017 11:42 | "The CULS will be fully tradable on a designated European Stock Exchange to be effected on or before 31 January 2017." >>>>> They have the date wrong again. They should get someone to proof read their RNS's before issuing them! >>>>> "CIC Fund confirms that regulated intermediaries receive 12% commission on the placement of CULS to sophisticated investors." >>>>> "Sophisticated investors". Well that's me safe as I'm very unsophisticated! Lucky me! LOL. 20m placing, 12% commission leaves net proceeds of just 17.60m. OUCH! Be interesting to see how much of this issue is taken up. It might only be a fraction of that 20m. Who knows? I don't! | papillon
07/12/2017 11:35 | Common ground Also rec`d £250 & agreed that this would not affect my right to go direct to ombudsman to claim any losses as a result of their mismanagement or maladministration. They also agreed to supply a transcript of all phone calls to go with my written evidence, for when & if i do take this to the ombudsman!! | enfranglais
07/12/2017 09:45 | enfrang Re common ground They gave me £250 which I accepted on condition they informed me immediately any news on cicc or cicg appeared.I also insisted they deal with all barx customers collectively and pointed out I asked them to do it a year ago! This was agreed by the guy handling complaints. Since the last two rns`s I have heard nothing from barx ,either by phone or by email.. cue another complaint..and more compensation. | sparty1

06/12/2017 20:40 | Stewpenderous m8!!! | enfranglais
06/12/2017 19:17 | You'll like this enfranglais. It's STEW-PENDOUS! 19:03 Stew-pendous Liverpool v Spartak Moscow (19:45 GMT) Patrick Jennings BBC Sport at Anfield . I was seriously tempted by this on my way to the ground. It's a cold and blowy evening in Liverpool - perfect for a bowl of scouse, the stew so hearty it speaks for a whole city. This is the beef variant of a dish that has its origins in the Medieval trade routes of the Hanseatic League. I've had the German version before; a heady mixture of herring, pork and beetroot - topped off with fried egg because, why not? It's incredible. | papillon
06/12/2017 17:09 | Well, could knock me down with a feather. Barclays stockbrokers actually called me & informed me that they were aware of the rns & my rump shares would be held in a special account until they is a proper Corporate action to act on or that trading commences (big if that one)!! Would love to know what Stwpid is up to, as we must admit, he is VERY TRYING!!! | enfranglais
06/12/2017 15:32 | Poor old Stewpid, would not know the difference between duel & dual, though if he ever took part in a duel, he would make a very easy target & most who look at him, think they are seeing dual!!lol Looking forward to my Luxemburger, though Barclays stockbrokers still have some of my CICC rump end in an account they are trying to give to charity, as they state they are `nil value stocks`. Of course Barclayshare have never had any customer service & do not seem capable of coping with Stewpid`s announcements (who does by the way), so had the normal 25 min wait on the phone today, to speak to a moron, who was totally confused & made another (perhaps 20 to date)note of my complaint!!! Feels wrong agreeing with `sparty pants`(misnomer Sage) but for once (about Barclays), we have common ground - ombudsman awaits!!! | enfranglais
06/12/2017 15:25 | Firstly, sparty/sage, I'm NOT "obsessed with them". I just follow "them" as I do with other shares I have held in the past, but was lucky enough to sell before their sp's collapsed (LOGP, PVR & MTA) or they were suspended and subsequently delisted (CICC & MTA). The only share I'm "obsessed" with is AMYT because it's the only share I hold. Secondly, I'm 73 in January and my libido disappeared long ago so I'm definitely NOT envious of his "young Chinese wife". I'd rather continue with my solitary "press ups" down the gym, thank you! Thirdly, I've never made any comments that would cause him to engage the services of his lawyers. I stick to the facts, so I have no worries there. Fourthly, I'm NOT a brown nosing, gullible, sycophant, like you! Finally I like following the bb's of shares I have held in the past because I find the posts of the gullible mugs who continue to believe they will make their fortunes from holding them, despite all their failed promises in the past and abysmal share price performances, rather interesting if rather pathetic. | papillon |
