Lolster on the deluded board:
Do you think that we, the owners of CICGold should be informed from the Company ( note no update on the CICG web site) and not a BB that we have a chance to vote and attend the AGM? I think this breaks a few rules as shareholders need at least 3 weeks notice by law of an AGM from my understanding. Think I will complain to the proper authorities on Monday as this sucks.. Glad of the progress but why such stupidity?

If you are Stewpid, you can only come up with STEWPIDITY!!! lol

If he can roger boy scouts, what on earth do you think he would do to you - wave goodbye to your funds & hope Stewpid gets his just deserts - another spell in jail!!!!!!!!

What if the 3 companies DON'T list, Goulding? Will you "realise that you have been posting garbage non-stop, based upon opinions that are warped at the best of times, for the past 3 years"?

The facts are: CICC de-listed 27 months ago and CICG was suspended 9 months ago pending an RTO. Most of CICC's supposed assets (it's holdings in CICG, CIC Fuel, et al) were transferred to a new company, incorporated in the Seychelles (CCCC) and the rump of CICC was renamed (CIC Fund).

You believe that CICG will soon return from suspension and that CCCC & CIC Fuels will list in the UK. I think you are deluded. Only time will tell who is right.

Long term shareholders in AIM listed companies are all believers like you. Unfortunately, more than 9 times out of 10, those believers will lose money following their beliefs, sometimes an awful lot of money. Take Aymesco1 for instance: he has lost a lot of money (his words) believing the CEO's of MTV, TRP & PYC. He doesn't believe in their CEO's now. Aymesco1 believes in SB. Will that belief continue? I think not and detect a wavering belief in his last post on the lse bb. Only time will tell.

Of course he's spouting a "load of garbage" and he knows it, TD. He only has to look at the example of FAST/AMYT. They were constantly updating the Market prior to their re-listing and name and direction change. The guy is spouting rubbish. His motives behind all of his lies are a complete mystery to me. I can understand Aymesco1's motives; he's obviously a very gullible investor.

HG, I certainly agree with you that there is trouble at the mill. Unfortunately there are posters who would disagree with you, and a CEO/major shareholder who will not meet the requirements to provide annual accounts, and who claims to be in the process of re-listing the companies.

If you do not like the posts then I would use the filter facility.

I struggle to see why you guys continuously post here. It's seems like you seem to get off on it?
The state of CICC, CICG is clear to see and any of us who have lost money will deal with it.
Until the companies announce anything of substance / insolvency ,there is nothing to say.
If you have a gripe /vendetta/ score to settle with Stuart Bromley then instruct a solicitor or raise with FCA rather than posting inane , infantile ramblings?

Paps, it is such a divisive and patronising question that an answer would give it credibility.

My instinct says that SB has now exceeded the boundaries of any credibility on the de-listed CICC. I am guessing that his only strategy is to put as much time as possible between the debacle and the time the shareholders wake up.

I am also assuming that his marriage gives him a Chinese passport, and that might yet be quite useful.

C'mon Fatboy, where are the accounts?
