EF, those that still 'believe' are going to enter a period of self doubt. Christmas is the next marker, and it is highly unlikely that Fatboy is going to be able to come up with some words that can give hope. Another year on; same old Fatboy.

At this rate capital losses would have been better than the diet of nothing.

Diddy - The judge, the Canadian Press, the Hansard report, the UKLA must all have it wrong & Stewpid cannot be an evil conniving fraudster, who lies through his teeth - well, according to the 'brain dead' on the LSE thread are concerned!!! Doh!!!

Paps, I am not quite sure why I hang around here. I suppose the question is will it be a wipe out, or can the slovenly Fatboy pull something out of the fire for the shareholders? I doubt it. It is staggering that there are still shareholders hanging on in the belief that Fatboy is the maligned. The judge got it right.

sence2. Can't remember his previous nickname on the lse.

I had to laugh at Aymesco1's latest post. It's simply hilarious. He's obviously a bit short in the brain cell department! He swallows hook, line and sinker all what a certain gentleman tells him!

I see that Fastjet are in the market for more cash. What was the name of that plonker who was invested both in CICG and Fastjet. What a fine pair of investments for him!

'We have plenty of resources to keep throwing at this when you have billionaires and groups who are counting at CIC Group listings I think the Bodies have picked on the wrong organisation. They will be begging for our involement in to the uk market, then the letters of apologies can go out!!!' Aymesco on the deluded thread.

No early release for him then.

bottomsToday 12:34just what I was thinking...at the end of the day we are shareholders..listed or not. All listing does is give total liquidity and a mkt valuation.
Once we get cicg re listed hopefully the others will flow more smoothly. The fact that others will follow may also be slowing up the scrutiny process.Listing authorities clearly do not like new paradigm business structures.Hopefully all the blustering from HM gov re "Britain is open for business"will concentrate minds.SB could use some parliamentary support!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

HaHaHaHaHa!!!!!!!!! LOL,LOL,LOL!!!!!!!! It's strange what some gullible people will believe: Creationism, the Earth is flat, "new paradigm business structures"!!!!! LOL,LOL!!

"The normal notable exceptions" all seem to be 'searching for direction' on the LSE board. This would seem to me to be similar to the problems experienced by the whole CICC stable!!!!!!!

I just feel sorry for the shareholders - with the normal notable exceptions. The company has no credible business plan, and it appears that the authorities have twigged it on this occasion.

Incompetence is one of the charitable words to describe Fatboy.

Pappy - If this is really supposed to be a 'key feature', you just have to laugh at Stewpid's incompetence?
The Company intends to seek the exclusive right to control the public listing process of any client company if the client company is an unlisted company. Involvement in the future listing process is a key feature of the Company's value proposition and the services it offers, which also aim to allow the Company to maximise the effective value of the consideration it receives.

RE: RiseToday 11:28Why should I have to ring them? If they are able to reassure you over the phone then why can't they reassure all shareholders by way of an operational update?

With all due respect you criticise those who question anything to do with the company but some including myself are in fact shareholders and are not happy with the constant excuse blaming listing authorities. I was under the impression there were listing experts on board. Prior to CICG listing initially we were at least told that they were expected to list shortly. This time all I hear are crickets in the long grass. Very disappointing

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Well of course would it not be illegal for the company to give Aymesco1 privileged information without making that privileged information available to all shareholders under British company law?

1000 days since CICC was delisted.

Not a squeak from its successor the CIC Fund.

If you are in a spot of bother changing the name plates always helps, not that any shareholder has any clue as to what the assets are or what % they own.

If you listen to the deluded, they will tell you that the Company is unable to report this key annual information (since July 2013) because of the relisting process. If you buy that, you will buy anything. Double entendre intended.

Eh Mixi.

Paps I reckon the companies could relist, but not on an exchange that most sensible people would use, and not with the detail required to understand what has gone on.

The basic fact is that at this moment in time punters investments in both CICC and CICG are worth ABSOLUTELY ZERO! Neither CICC (or whatever it calls itself now), or CICG is listed so punters can't sell their shares. There is no other mechanism (such as J.P. Jenkins matched bargain service) via which punters can sell their shares. Obviously the fantasists believe both will relist. I don't believe either will, but I suppose it's possible that CICG could relist on the LSE.

It might help repair the balance sheet - not sure what the CIC empire means, because no one has a clue what assets exist in which companies (on the assumption that there are assets). If I remember correctly, the other twist is that unless you have visited the offices in China no investor knows the dilution that occured some years back. That could of course be cleared up with a set of accounts (last full set July 2013).

It has the hallmarks of a middle finger.

Sent emails to Stuart and Yuan Yuan of CIC Gold the other day asking about relisting and the Jin Ce gold asset owned by CIC Capital Fund.
Received a reply from Stuart with just the standard stuff and no mention of my questions but he did say that Yuan Yuan is now based in the US for CIC. Which CIC company he didn't say.
So what is cooking in the USA?

Also I looked at Eldorado Gold's net site. They own a mine close to CIC Capital Fund gold assets in China and they are selling all their China assets.
They sold the Jineng mine to China National Gold Group for $300 million cash.
The sale of the remaining two mines and a development project should take place soon to Yintai Resources (another Chinese company) for $600 million cash.
Seems that Chinese companies like to buy gold assets in their own country and have plenty of cash.
If Jin Ce is sold the cash could be good for the CIC empire.

Re : Aymesco 1Today 12:37It's ironic that those who stir it and dish it out on this and other boards, can't answer simple questions, let alone add anything of value.Repetitive to the point of boring the pants off fellow posters, disrupting anything they don't agree with, purporting to be knowledgeable, when they haven't got a clue, does any of this sound familiar? LOL..

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

LOL. My current investment in CICC, CICG, etc is worth NOTHING, slowfast. The EXACT same as yours! A BIG FAT ZERO. Fortunately I DIDN'T have any money tied up in CICC and CICG when they were suspended. However you DID! So currently unless CICC (or whatever it calls itself now) and/or CICG relist you have lost all of your money. You can't say you weren't warned! You're not alone; many of us have made the same mistake in the past of indulging in fantasises. It's whether you learn your lesson, or keep on making the same mistakes, such as Aymesco1 does (MTV, TRP, the list is endless with Aymesco1). The past history of CICC, when listed in Canada and it's founder's colourful (to say the least) past history reminds me of WRN and those "colourful" characters associated with it's promotion.

Do you have any more knowledge than me on CICC, CICG, CIC Fuels, etc, slowfast? My knowledge comes only from what is in the public domain: CICC's woeful share price performance when it was listed in Canada (it didn't perform well when on AIM!), Canadian newspaper articles about CICC and it's founder, the Scouts court case in Australia and the RNS's issued by CICC and CICG when listed on the London Stock Exchange and the promises made, but never fulfilled. What's the source of your extra knowledge, slowfast? share_shark and sence2, JoeYangtze, Aymesco1 and others have all claimed extra knowledge by the simple expedient of phoning SB. Have you phoned him?
